Kind and very helpful breakfast lady thanks to whom we didn’t miss our train. I also loved the fact furniture, pictures, and the dining-room pillars reflect personal taste (similar to mine) and avoid the formulaic.

The young woman at the desk sent us in totally the wrong direction. Also I suggest the address of the hotel be clearly put on your website- we had difficult getting back after dinner and only when I remembered it is near the theatre did we find you again

We liked how close the place is to the shops and restaurants though it was quiet in our room so you wouldn't have known. The breakfast was continental and lovely, so much choice with fresh bread and pastries. Staff were lovely and patient with my basic french and very helpful.

There was no standing shower, only one that plugs in at the taps, but we managed as we only stayed one night and no big issue really.

Reasonable sized room with decent AC and view to an inner courtyard. Ideal for bike travellers as used by many bike rental companies. English speaking staff. Reasonable breakfast. Quiet but in a good location. Problems with hot water and internet at times. Bed a bit hard.

No vent in bathroom, nor any soap in shower. Bike storage overcrowded. People smoking in inner courtyard.

As an older woman travelling alone, I felt very comfortable staying at the Royal Windsor. The location was excellent, about ten minutes walk for the Capitole. Even though it was a busy area, it was never threatening. Staff were pleasant and helpful if I had any questions.

Most nights it was great temperature wise but occasionally people were turning off the AC and it was getting super hot

Clean room and bath. Comfortable bed, windows when closed, shut out all sounds when you want to sleep. Excellent breakfast. Within waling distance of so many sights. The staff were always cheerful, helpful and courteous. This is not the Hilton, or the Ritz. It is a small French hotel, the decor is perhaps "Shabby Chic" and I recommend it highly.

wifi in the room was not good a little fridge would have been nice taking a shower, meant making the whole bathroom wet hoped to see the patio, but could't find it.

Clean place with an unbeatable location, a few minutes walk from the train station and in the heart of the city. I also want to highlight the friendly treatment of their staff, especially Liz from Mexico. I will definitely book with them again. Thanks

Perfect location, close to everything. The staff is really nice and helpful, the room (and the hotel itself) is quite old and looks used, but maintained.

The breakfast is very simple, no meat products, but excellent baguette and some basic selection of dairy products.

The location is perfect, very close to the Capitole and all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good with a variety of products . The best thing is access to a private car park for only 15 euros !

The bathroom needed an update and wasn’t very clean
