The facilities in the room, eg fridge, hob etc. Easy access from motorway.

Lack of air conditioning in the room. It was 35 degrees outside and the rooms were hot. Fans were provided however. Don’t understand why the rooms aren’t air conditioned when the corridors and communal areas seemed to be! Response to questions raised via email was non existent. Asked 3 questions and got no reply at all. Parking arrangements as a result were unclear. We ended up parking in the nearest underground car park and paid ourselves.

Our room (402) was spacious, quiet, peaceful. The bed was comfortable. It was good to have a bath! Breakfast was very good. The staff were cheerful and efficient. The swimming pool was great. The lifts were responsive. The location is ideal, a short walk from the railway station and the Hotel de Ville and many shops and restaurants.

Only two towels between us for a 5-night stay seemed too few, especially when there are no pool towels. The tap on the bath was loose, although it did work.

Great location for central Tours. Excellent value for rooms which were very clean & comfortable (especially the bed)

Check in Times at Weekend a little restrictive. Only thing missing from the room was a hairdryer.

The living area and bedroom were very large, and we liked the balcony. There was a real feeling of space. Also, the location is perfect - very close to the railway station and bus terminal, and to the centre of town.

The breakfasts were a disappointment - the croissants and pan au chocolat were regularly burnt, and the various food items (and cutlery and crockery) were not topped up when they had been used up.

Great location, has a supermarket next door which was helpful. They have a gym too which I used. The rooms are clean and comfortable with black out drapes and air con. I’d stay here again.

The staff were lovely except at checkout. I was told on arrival to get a discount for the parking when I checked out. And when I checked out the man at the desk said I needed to do it on arrival. I explained the conversation and he said oh well not my problem nothing I’m going to do now. Our stay was great in general and this is only a small thing but they need to have better communication in regards to parking.

Perfect for an overnight or couple of days. Plenty of room, cutlery, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, etc. 20 mins from the river bars and big wheel. 5 minutes from shops. On road parking, free from 6.30pm til 9am. Otherwise, a car park across the road. Convenient supermarket next door too. A few minutes from the SNCF and train station.

No hairdryer

Great location next to the train station. 2 min walk into the centre of town. There is paid parking outside the hotel for about €6 a day (Jul 23) and plenty of nearby underground parking with plenty of EV charging. Room was a good size and great value- the only thing missing was a hair dryer, but I’m sure reception would have helped if we’d asked. Would visit again.

As others have mentioned the ceiling of shower had watermarks, however this is minor and doesn’t detract from the room.

The hotel is well located, not far from the city center, With a super market just next door. The fitness center and swimming pool made it more fun. The kids loved it so much. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were very hot and not easy to sleep. Yes there were fans but I guess the weather was too hot for fan. If you can think of fixing air conditioner in the rooms it will be superb 👌 And also the sofa bed, not very comfortable 😴

The rooms were well-appointed and clean. The location is unbeatable, close to transport and walking distance to the town. There is a supermarket next door that is very well stocked for day trips into the Loire Valley. Breakfast was a delight, generous with some excellent options.

The reception staff were not very friendly and unhelpful in advising about the area.

We were able to leave our big bags there in the morning and rush off for a tour, checking-in only later in the evening. The room was large enough and comfortable, it was very close to the train station, and had a good supermarket just below to buy groceries. The heater in the bathroom was good to dry clothes on.
