Besides the hotel is not in the central part of Paris it has really easy access to it. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, couldn't be closer. Another good part is the supermarket below the hotel: anything you need for groceries you can buy easily there. I had a really good stay at the hotel and definitely would return there.

Perfect location close to the Metro station and super markets. Very friendly and helpful staff and spacious rooms.

I was surprised by the very big size of the room compared with other apart-hotels I stayed at in Paris. The kitchenette is supplied with all the necessary stuff for a few days - though the knives should be sharpened, a pair of scissors added, and the dish sponge replaced when guests check out - and I found all clean, tidy and in working order. The bathroom is also very spacious, to the point that even though there is no curtain, nothing gets wet after showering. Bed comfortable, wifi strong and stable, nice view from floor 7th, quiet surroundings, perfect public transport connections and supermarket/shops/restaurants around the corner. Instant room upgrade upon reservation for Genius users. I really enjoyed my 4-night stay there and will surely be back.

Daily housekeeping isn’t usually offered for free in apart-hotels for short stays and that’s fine with me. But I think towel replacement should be done at least every other day. I was finally able to get fresh towels for the last of my 4 nights there. Of course, there is a washing room downstairs when you can do your laundry, but very few machines are available and you need to download an app in order to pay and operate the machines instead of using cash or credit card, which is a lot quicker and easier for just a few days.

Location is excellent if you want to save money but with easy connections to the center of Paris but It ill take an average of 45 min to get to most places. The Metro station is just in front of the building and there is a big supermarket in the ground floor. There is a laundromat available too. There are several restaurants and a drugstore right by the building. If traveling on a budget and with family, for the price and amenities,I think it is a great option.

Service was efficient but the level of sympathy varied among the employees. Some floors had a particular smell. People cook and the odors get to the hall. The apartments are comfortable for 4 people. The room keys are extremely sensitive and constantly get demagnetized.

Travelled with family and stayed couple of nights to see Paris. Location is excellent, super market next to the building and Metro station less than 1 min walk/ front of the building. Secure car parking and it connects to the floors by lift. Rooms are good size for a family of four and a small kitchen to make a breakfast. Few restaurants and bakery close by. There is no AC in the room so if it's a hot day then bit difficult to sleep.

This is a well used rooms compared to the branch hotel in Remis. But for us it met all our needs. You might get a smell in the room depends on what the previous person cooked for breakfast.

Location is perfect for those who travel by car. You can leave it in the garage (extra charge) and use metro line 7, the station is located next to the hotel. I strongly recommend to use public transport in Paris and to have a valid ticket (they really check it from time to time). Our appartment was OK, clear with big bathroom, equipment in the kitchen limited but sufficient to prepare your own breakfast if you don't want to pay extra for the one served in the hotel. For this price I'm satisfied.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, so when there is hot outside you have to open all the windows to be able to sleep. This brings some noise into the room, but still I could sleep quite well.

Excellent location, spacious room, clean. Supermarket downstairs very convenient. Okabe shopping centre 15 minutes walk down the road. Metro next door on line number 7, very handy. Reception staff helpful.

Could have provided some basic kitchen staples like tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc. No washing machine, but laundromat across the road only around 10 euros per load. Also laundry facilities at the hotel, but we couldn’t get the app to work. Otherwise, a great apartment.

Nice and comfy apartment with plenty of space. The kitchen was nice. Wifi was good. There was Google Chrome available to connect phones to TV. Covered parking for 11 euros/day. They let me park for a few extra hours after the checkout. Metro station just outside the hotel. Casino marche just outside the hotel

View from the balcony. It was the terrace where honey bee farming was happening. So could not open the window most of the time. Fans were not so efficient.

The location is perfect as the metro station is just outside the entrance. The staff are friendly and the accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures. They have paid parking which is secured. Beds are comfortable and fans are available for hot summer months. Good price to performance ratio.

The kitchen has a stove, fridge and a microwave. The utensils and cutlery provided are very basic. Air conditioning would have made this place really 3 Star 🌟.

My cousin and I stayed here about 8 years ago, so this time my brother and I thought it would be another great stay. All the office staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had comfortable twin beds, the kitchen was helpful as we shopped for breakfasts and two evening meals at the big grocery store under the hotel, however, there are plenty of cafes and eating establishments nearby. The room was quiet as we were on the 2nd floor. Cleaning was only every 3rd day but it was OK with us ... we stayed 6 nights. The Metro is about 50ft outside the corner door (STOP Villejuif/Leo Lagrange) and the Metro desk was open daily so one could buy a day ticket from the staff if the machines were busy. Remember, though, this is in ZONE 2 so the ticket was about 1E more than just Zone 1. Very easy connections to everywhere in Paris and surrounds. There was a shopping mall at the next stop on the way into Paris (Le Kremlin-Bicetre) which was handy because I had to buy a small curling iron. Another good stop for many other Metro connections was Place d'Italie which was close to the Villejuif/Leo Lagrange. ** be careful when you are returning back to the hotel that your Metro says "Villejuif L. Aragon" and NOT "Mairie D'Ivry" as the metro splits but if you make a mistake, you can alway get off at a stop and backtrack a stop. We will stay here again because it takes you out of the tourist hubbub of the noisey big city. When we left for the airport, the hotel called us a taxi and that worked out very well, too.

I would have liked a room cleaning every other day, but we were able to get fresh towels at any time.
