Amazing view for Batumi - wow - it is worth to take this hotel even only for the view. The rooms were super big, and the breakfast was tasty and with plenty of food! Staff in Restaurant and swimming pool was really nice!

I think the staff at the reception was not nice. Except that when we checked out they told us that we used something from mini bar but we didn't. However, after short explanation everything was fine.

Although the location is good but is not the best. if you are a solo traveler you need to walk more to the central area if activities

Size of rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Mr Tanseel is a great chief who cooks best food . Location is good. Rooms v clean.

There was one lady Maryam in reception who called me at time of check out and talked to me with no respect to leave the room despite the fact that I have extension till 1. I think some of the staff needs to be trained well to respect customers.

Everything was perfect at that hotel. Great thanks for superior room. Really awesome view. Staff was so helpful. I didn't try food but when i went there i saw very clean restaurant. Thanks for everything

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. Even though we did not have a sea view, the view and the large window in our room were very nice. The staff at the reception was nice, free parking was highly appreciated as we were on a road trip. Overall the staff was okay, though I have already visited hotels with much more cheerful and helpful employees.

The hotel was at a 5* hotel level, but more on the lower end (which was compensated by a nice price). Breakfast was poor in terms of continental options, and there was only instant coffee available (which was terrible). More was expected from hotel facilities (e.g. a whirlpool, etc.).

-Exceptional view, especially at night -The room was spacious, clean, and warm, and the water was super hot 24/7. -The bed was extra big and soft. -The staff was really polite and attentive to all our needs and requests.The fruits,nuts, and chocolate were a really beautiful welcome gift. -The breakfast had a strong variety of savory and sweet choices, and the quality was as expected. -The Hammam was one of the best I have seen, and the spa was not overly crowded.

The room was spacious and upgraded for the sea-view instead of the city view.

The breakfast is overpriced despite its variety and a good choice (you can eat nearby by half of the sum without being compromised by quality). The hotel needs renovation if it pretends to be regarded as 5 -stars hotel (worn carpets, better pillows would be welcome). We had to wait quite a long time upon arrival for our bathrobes and tea cups to be supplied (they both were missing from the beginning).

We booked a superior double overlooking the city and the bay and we were given a very spacious and comfortable room on the 15th floor with fantastic views. Breakfast was very complete and varyied, and could be enjoyed both inside or in an outside terrace. Swimming pool and gym access were included in the fare. Location is very convenient both for the city centre and the train station. Some members of the staff were exquisit while others were a little rusty.

We booked the executive suite and it was perfect. the room was very spacy and clean, it had a huge bathroom, nice staff and in general it was one of the best rooms we tried. defiantly we'll come back

Like I said it was perfect so the only bad thing was one day the cleaning staff forget to clean our room but after we went to the reception everything went great. The staff of the hotel always tried to help us so we can't really complain about them
