Great location, easy parking, great room (we upgraded for my Wife's birthday), helpful staff, breakfast was excellent.

The swimming pool had all the sun loungers 'reserved' by people just leaving their towels on them, even though they weren't there at the time. As such myself and my family weren't able to use the pool during our stay. I know this does happen at hotels but i wish hotel management would be more on top of this and implement and communicate a policy that a placed towel from a guest/s does not reserve a sun lounger. It's not fair to other guests.

First of all this has been my ultimate favorite stay ever!! Where do I start, Everything was perfect from A to Z, starting with Mr. Gocha and Mrs. Tamar who are super friendly and welcoming . Mr.Gocha is always there to help and make sure everything is good. The receptionists are the best,super welcoming and always smiling to you especially Nana she was super comforting!. The room we had was a Spa suite and believe me when I say it is soooo worth it that you don’t want to leave the room, Super spacious, captivating view , amazing private Sauna in the room, super comfy bed and just perfect! The breakfast was very well varied with many options and what was even better is that they have a “Gluten Free” corner which is super considering for their clients, many fresh croissants and bakeries and amazing Omelette chef always there to help😍 The cleanliness is excellent, fresh towels ,water and coffee capsules daily and amazing fast response room service! As for the location, it couldn’t be any better!! The Europe square where there are activities and many restaurants is only 5 mins walking, The Famous Boulevard where Ali and Nino statue and the Alphabetic tower are like 7 mins walking maximum!! Finally I will tell you about the Umami above the clouds 360 bar and restaurant they have at the highest level of the hotel! SIMPLY MAGNIFICENT!!! We tried their dragon roll sushi and Fried mozzarella roll with salmon and it was the best I’ve ever tried and they have super tasty Rock shrimp tempura that I Loved 😋😋 All by all everything was super amazing and this hotel made our vacation extra special and definitely Memorable!! Thank you Radisson Blu Batumi for being AMAZING! Will definitely come back soon !😍

Asian restaurant amazing at the top floor with a particular mention to the excellent service from Shotan (knows his countries wines very well and went the extra mile to cater for all of our needs!) Ruzzo on reception checked us in early and once again exhibited excellent and professional customer service! Spa facilities and room as you’d expect from RB - very good and a top location. Breakfast selection is excellent and good quality.

Ground floor restaurant lunch was a slight disappointment (sea food pasta bland without seasoning, seafood risotto again bland and an unattractive green colour, burger dripping with fat so it was soggy after one bite and the salmon was over cooked and dry, service was uncoordinated and littered with mistakes - perhaps just a bad day at the office for the chef and new front of house staff. Shame but I hope you can take this as constructive criticism in the spirit and of goodwill I’m sending it.

Breakfast and price Pool bar staff very poor not taking the right order need tro be trained i kept returning the irder 3 times becouse it was diffrent from what i ordered and instead of making new right order they only removed items i dont like in my sandwich and returned back to me cold ....ordered smootie the guy bring milk shake Food in general in the hotel not that good

Every thing was amazing.. the staff were super professional, room clean and comfortable, literally place like home they celebrated my birthday 🥳 and when I made early checkout before breakfast time they give me a take away box for breakfast so I can eat in my way to the airport.. really the best experience I ever have ... Absolutely nothing

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. They helped with my luggage. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The bed is comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The room is large. The breakfast was very good. I had the pleasure of dining in the upstairs restaurant. The service was fast and the food was delicious. They offered to call a taxi when I checked out.

Curtains could need a fix. I was contacted privetly on facebook by one of the staff who must have searched for my name in the system, which was not very pleasant. The "breakfast in bed" service did not work, which was a bit disappointing.

Location is very good. roof bar has beautiful view. staff is friendly, special thanks to Ms Mariam in front dest and Mr Alex in the roof bar. they picked up my laundry in the morning and delivered them in the same day. however, laundry service is a bit overpriced. Also many thanks to the reception staff who upgraded my room to a premium one, I appreciate their efforts and kindness. breakfast is nice and has good selections of foods. in addition to this, the rooms has openable window which was quite essential for me during these times of Covid, to have fresh air inside the room.

in a high end hotel like Radisson Blu, i was expecting more luxurious rooms. the furniture in the rooms were seeming to be old and worn. I also did not like color of the carpet in the rooms. I think darker color choices for carpets in the rooms are much better. Also the armatures in the shower were not that fully clean.

Firstly, the staff of the hotel is extraordinary friendly and helpful. Front desk, restaurants and SPA personnel, are all great people. The hotel itself is a high-class, state of the art facility. Super clean and luxurious, great lobby. Suits are spacious and the bathrooms are the best I ever been at. Breakfasts are diverse and well-served by waiters. SPA and pool (both outside and inside) are super convenient and serve dishes from all restaurants. We stayed at a 14 floor family suits and the sea view was amazing, nothing like I experienced before. We experienced an unpleasant accident when one of our group members slipped and fell on the tiles floor in the pool area. She hit her face and had a swollen eye with a minor bruise. Hotel employees were very supportive, provided immediate assistance, had all their sympathy and care. It was one of my best vacations ever, and on many occasions due to staying in Radisson Blue - Batumi hotel, and efforts of its team.

Serving and delivery is a bit slow, but always happen eventually. Slippery tile floors at the SPA are should be better cared of, sorry.

The building has modern architecture. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of room. The breakfast buffet was excellent - I really liked that it had Shakshuka. The staff was truly exceptional. Rosso at the front desk was a great help throughout our stay. Nana in the restaurant knew our coffee orders after the first day and made them for us without having to ask. It was great.
