Excellent location, very nice staff. The bed is comfortable, wifi n elevator. We were given nice breakfast box at 2h30 (am) before heading to the airport. The receptionist arranged a cheap taxi to the airport. Every day we got clean towels n water.

The most friendly personal which helped me with all questions, even made appointment to the beauty salon. Perfect location. Quite area.

The hotel can meat expectations either for business or for leisure clients. Good rooftop floor with piano lounge, music sets. Breakfast with wide assortment is served here: buffet with Georgian style. It's one of the best area of the City: not the mere old town where everything is close to each other, planned hundreds of years ago. Hotel is very close to the center, with good car accessibility. Different sizes of rooms are available. Hotel stuff is rather helpful, accessories were available.

Everything was great. The hotel parking is under reconstruction - for some time you can use street parking nearby. You are not in the middle of nightlife and for me that was an advantage: walkable distance through the pleasant city.

I liked the spacious room, breakfast, and staff. The cleaning staff is VERY thorough when they clean the room, I recommend keeping your personal items tidy. They will organize your stuff for you lol. Overall, everyone was friendly and spoke a decent amount of English. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was not the most comfortable, but that is only a minor gripe.

Breakfast was good, though everyday it was the very same. Some changes in the menu will add lot of value. Rooms were as per the details provided. Location was excellent. Staff was superb!

They changed our room without our knowledge, as next guest was booked for the same room. Though they did it properly. and also acknowledged our concern.

i loved the room that was given to me, it is quiet in the area. i felt relax. i love how the room is bright and the window is big with overlooking to the mountains and city. the breakfast was good.

the smell of the cigarette is coming in the vents/AC. whenever i open the AC it smelling cigarette.

we liked the location, close to Shota Rustaveli ave and lots of nice restaurants, with a quick market next door

it was mentioned that there was AC available, but it wasn’t set to cool, so the room was uncomfortably hot. The staff were unable to fix the heat issue

The hotel was in a great location, right behind the opera house and walking distance everywhere. Breakfast was more like brunch. Small hotel but perfect for us. We had a big room for a family of 4, comfortable and great.

Hotel is very nice and clean with excellent location. Manager Victoria is awesome and very friendly lady.

The location is very much near to the main attractions. The room facilities are enough for family stay. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, I would definitely suggest this place for the family stay.
