The location is superb, on the histrionically most important street in Tbilisi and walking distance to all the major sites and metro station. Receptionist Anna was very friendly and helpful and even arranged for complementary glasses of wine on our final evening. Bed very comfortable

We asked for a quiet room at the rear of the property and this was great. The front facing rooms would be much noisier I think. Toilet seat was loose, hotel arranged for it to be ‘fixed’ and within a day, loose again. Minor annoyance.

Bathroom (especially ground and curtain) was old. Although cleaning was good bathroom was not looking clean because of this.

The views from the hotel were exceptional. Bathroom was great, comfortable beds and fantastic cleanliness. Kate at the reception was a delight, very helpful and courteous. The decor of the hotel was vintage and really beautiful

No lift, too many stairs to reach reception. It was difficult with suitcases and other baggage. Also, the airconditioner wasn't great. Its small and barely cooled the room, which was tough after coming back from the humid weather outside. We ordered breakfast, expecting it to be delivered to our room. However, the breakfast was made ready in their breakfast hall (which is fine) but we weren't even informed that it was ready, so if I didn't ask the reception why our breakfast is getting late, they wouldn't have informed me. As a result the breakfast was cold when we got to it.

This little hotel is quite hidden on the busy Rustaveli Avenue. It’s on the second floor with no lift but the staff help you with your bags. The location is really good. Even though it’s on a busy avenue once you close your balcony door, you don’t hear anything. Our bed was very comfortable, which was essential for us. The staff was amazing, we really liked them and appreciated all their help and friendliness. They sent us a friendly WhatsApp message even before we arrived and were always there for us whenever we needed something. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and made 2 dinner reservations for us- both were excellent! The breakfast was really tasty and everyday we got served something different and authentic. On our last day we had to leave before regular breakfast time so they packed us a bag with croissants, fruits and yoghurts. They even gifted us a bottle of wine!! Seriously, we loved the staff, a huge thanks to them for making our stay more enjoyable.

We looked at all the pictures before selecting our room type and thought we’d get the same type of balcony as the ones in the pictures with ours which was a deluxe double. We were wrong :) We got a balcony with no view other than its own high wall. In fairness, the staff showed us other rooms as soon as they had availability but we felt lazy and chose to stay in the same room. Also the shower leaked at the bottom everytime we showered, making the floor pretty wet.

- stairs! If you travel with some baggage and no strong man ready to lift it several floors up - this hotel is not for you - some personnel. The lady who met us upon arrival was very friendly, but next day the guys were rather different. I was there with a kid and two heavy bags, and when we were leaving he didn’t even offer to help. I understand he is not a porter, but still it was really weird. - it would be nice to have some fruit for breakfast. And some milk available. The receptionist made me a coffee and then immediately left, I couldn’t find him for 15 min to ask for some milk.

The location is fabulous, right in the centre of town on the bustling Rustavelli St, packed with cute boutiques, restaurants, sidewalk Cafes etc. also, the staff is excellent. Kate in particular was absolutely wonderful – incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate everything that she did to make my stay a special one, and I would return just to see her again. In addition, the room was very pretty, nicely decorated, spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Moreover, I really enjoyed my little balcony, from which I could enjoy the views of the lovely Rustavelli St.

unfortunately, there was only one channel in English; most of the other channels were not functioning.

Value for money, kay( hotel manager) was good and hosted us very professionally. She did extra mile for us - Post check out, We kept the baggage in her custody as our flight was little late. Overall, the stay was satisfying.

I recommend to appoint a bell boy to take the baggage upstairs, as it is a Hotel and people come with expectation of getting their baggages up to their rooms particularly when the property does not have elevator facility.

The hotel has amazing authentic interior design, new and clean furniture, every day changing of the towels and cleaning of the room. The staff is very nice and helpful, you will get individually served breakfast at that time you will choose yourself.

Everything is great, but there’s no lift - just be prepared to use stairs to get into the hotel. Yet - you can easily get help from the staff with your luggage, they are the most hospitable!

The unique and personal touch of staff, along with their friendliness made our stay awesomee. Upon reaching the room, the manager had even made a personal welcoming note. The balcony as well,overlooking the street is perfect. Moreover, every time we come back our room,it comes back to being neat and clean.

Wonderful place in the middle of the city. Staff was so friendly and helpful! The room spacious, comfortable and clean. The ceiling height <3 But you are sensitive to noise, make sure not to get the room towards the street - it's a super busy one and the windows are not soundproof. My partner slept like a baby but I had to sleep with earplugs :) The breakfasts were delicious and big, we felt very well taken care of. Two extra big thank you: We got help to find a place where to rent a car for a roundtrip outside Tbilisi one day. (Was amazing, recommend everyone!) There is no elevator but we got help from the staff to carry up our luggage.
