This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi. It is a tower with high floors and stunning view if you select the river side. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. It is near to many touristic Activities and located in an active street. The staff members who work at the breakfast restaurant are very nice and helpful, make you happy with their smiles and welling to help. The reception people are well qualified and helpful, they do their best for you to be happy.

Something not related to the hotel, but in Tbilisi as a general view, many street dogs around the hotels, I wish if the municipality find a solution and take the dogs to a safe place and take care of them instead of staying in the streets without food and can make the places dirty. They must also be vaccinated against diseases.

Our room had a beautiful view, the furniture was new, clean and very comfortable. Our concierge was fantastic! He went out of his way to help us and recommended wonderful things to do.

In general in almost every place we went to (not just this hotel specifically) people do not speak English well. There were many issues that were a result of the staff not understanding us, the main difficulties were with ordering room service or at breakfast. However, this isn’t specific to the hotel it’s a very common problem we faced everywhere we went. Perhaps the hotel can work on training their staff to have a higher language proficiency, especially the service staff. If you are travelling with kids, there are no kids areas or babysitters, so plan accordingly.

Wow Where to start! First i would like to say a big tnx from the upgrade to the 28 floor. It's was the best view ever N totally made the stay an unforgettable experience Tnx! Num two The staff realized we have a birthday n sent us a big cake to the room.... I didn't mention anything about my event... N they still had the sense of humour to do thet. A lot of hotel wouldn't even realize that. So wow tnx again Num 3 nina. The lady' therapist at the spa was super nice n professional. I am very piki when it's comes to spa n massage. But i really enjoyed. And i promised her i will write it! So nina there it's. Plus she ask for a discount because we didn't got the cream for one part of body because of a allergy N they gave us a nice discount. So tnx again for you Again And the service was super nice super fun We needed to get a taxi n they made the call with a smile. I really enjoyed every minute of the stay We will be back 100%

-Room service is not up to level. Very long waiting times, Some orders need to be re-ordered .. they expect you to pay by card or cash (neglecting the fact you left deposit upon check-in.. and you need to tell them that) .. basic orders such as burgers and club sandwiches are not mastered. And when ordering water they always remind you that you get « two free per day » and I had to tell them I want water that I will pay for .. it’s simple .. such details need to be corrected. Great otherwise!

LOCATION: Excellent location! It allows one to walk anywhere in Tbilisi from there without it getting excessive. STAFF. They were really nice and accommodating. We could communicate because they speak English.

If I had to absolutely pick something it would be the cold showers at night. I don’t understand why the water was lukewarm in the evenings. I also found it a tad pricey but maybe it’s the season. Also when I called in the morning the price was cheaper but suddenly in the evening there was an insane hike for the exact same room. Also the lounge club on the 22 floor was pretty noisy for people trying to sleep. The Constant opening and closing of doors and people talking loudly.

It was our second stay at Bitlmore, the view is amazing.

There were 4-5 receptionists chatting to each other and I needed to wait for over five minutes to be noted. When one checked me in, she said that breakfast was not included in room rate, when it was. I showed my booking where it was clearly saying that I had a room and breakfast and she checked couple of times with her college 🙈 no apology from her side. Attitude was not right. Housekeeping, room service and breakfast was great.

- Although the Hotel restricts smoking we were constantly smelling smoke in the room. - They should've mentioned somewhere (while people are booking) that the Hotel Casino was permanently closed. we only realized that once we checked-in and it was one of the main reasons we chose this specific Hotel .

When we check in just cause one problem the refrigerator they didn’t allow us to use it ,they told us they can’t remove the thing’s inside the refrigerator if we will not buy anything we have to keep it locked,, I tell her next time will bring refrigerator with us 🤣😂 this first time we caused same this problem in the hotel ,all the best but please tray to solve this point for future if it’s possible 🤍

Everything is very professional and perfect The hotel is very quiet, parking spaces are available and Wi-Fi is excellent, and the decorations are luxurious and consistent The view is very comfortable and beautiful The staff are all friendly and helpful I thank The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel for such a special and wonderful stay, they made me have an enjoyable vacation
