Great location. The female manager was really approachable and helpful.

My room was on the ground floor, near the reception and next to the Main Street connecting metro station to old town. As such, I wasn’t able to draw my curtains. In addition, it gets stuffy in the room if the windows were closed. But if I open the window, cigarette smoke and noise comes into the room. Hot water didn’t run too well in the evening, but works well in the morning.

Our stay in Tbilisi Inn was so amazing. Staff: The manager there was so accommodating and she's very nice to their customers. The receptionist and housekeeping always greet us every time they see us. Breakfast: Great selection of foods, a lot of variety of foods and you can eat outdoor and have a very nice view. Room: Spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping and they change the towel Daily. Location: Quiet Place and very near to Carrefour and restaurants. Few minutes walk from tourist spot like peace of bridge, cable car and mother of Georgia. Overall our stay in this hotel was so great and for sure we will recommend this to our friends. Thank U Tbilisi Inn.

The rooms were clean and warm in the winter months. Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is a walking distance from the bridge of peace and it was easy locating other attractions. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a gym (though some of the equipment were old, they were usable) and swimming pool. We had two balconies

The beds were a bit small but they were alright.

the hotel lobby looks dull with dull light can improve as first time someone enters a hotel he must have a warm feeling and the swimming pool in basement is just average

The location of the hotel is super strategic, close to everywhere, walking distance to the bridge of peace, clock tower and a lot of good restaurants nearby.The Hotel manager Diana was super approaching and she knows what hospitality is.

The bed 🛏️ are slightly not comfortable

We liked the location, it has a supermarket nearby and close to the center. Our room has another extended room inside for our 2 kids. A small fridge is of good use for our drinks. There’s a TV but it has local channels only. Wifi connection is just fine. Breakfast is free and available at the 5th floor which offers a nice view of the city.

Balcony could be a good use if only chairs and table are provided. Restaurant at the 5th floor could also be open at night as it has a nice view while having some drinks.

The location is great. 1 minute walk to Avlabari station, 10 minutes walk to the Old city. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy just around a corner. The breakfast is good. The indoor pool is small but kids have spent there couple of hours. The stuff at the reception was very friendly, help us with every request we had.

The hotel is a little bit old, needs some modernization.

The room is convenient for us as well as the location, it is located in the city center and the breakfast is good also. I specifically enjoy the coffee, it has a lot of choices and they juices and fruits too.

I think the room are not sound proof, my bed is nearby the window and I woke up very early like 5AM hearing someone talking from the outside but it's manageable.

Due to its prime location, the hotel enables convenient exploration of nearby tourist attractions.

The food choices here are quite limited, which doesn't meet the standard we'd expect from a 4-star hotel based on our past experiences. The balcony is too narrow; it should have been larger.

Great place to stay, location is central, free parking is available along the street. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast on the terrace with a great view of the city. Were surprised to know that a swimming pool is also available - that was a plus. Definitely recommend!
