I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn, and I can not speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, Victoria went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated her efforts. The entire staff, from those who provided the delicious daily breakfast to the team at the pool, was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met.. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-serviced stay. Thank you to Victoria and the entire team for making my visit so memorable!

A rooftop would have been a great idea

Location was nice , front desk was polite and cooperative, specially David. We had booked a King room so first day they gave us pool facing but we wanted CIty facing room for which they agreed and changed the next day. Breakfast spread was good considering European. We didn't had any other meals as we ordered food from Indian restaurants mostly. they also allowed us late checkout but I guess that also function availability in non peak season.

Ac setting (cool to warm) needed readjustment many times for which we have to call for. Room service - we didn't use much but once we asked for some cutlery for which the room service guy rude to my wife and finally after me speaking firmly we got the cutlery. During check-in- checkout there are no welcome drinks or bellboys etc. Also in breakfast spread they should regularly keep potato wedges/mushrooms/ veg options etc, (was there on alternate days) as it gives more options to vegetarians .

I love this property. The stuff is usually always very nice and very supporting and the rooms are really good.

Mariam working in the evening shift is the rudest employee this hotel has ever got. Anything you say to her is always answered rudely she never tries to help anyone. I’ve even been a part how she talks to other guests( who was asking her to send someone to clean the bathroom, but was answered very very rudely) except me, and she shouldn’t be working in this hotel. That’s for sure .!! I’ve been coming back here for 14 years.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Tbilisi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making our stay even more pleasant. The facilities were very clean, well-organized, and provided everything we needed. I used their spa, which was a great experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to our room, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. Overall, everything was relly nice.

Checked in on September 23rd afternoon. Reception staff were superb. Not typically “four-star-cool-welcome”, but rather boutique level of genuine hospitality. The intern young lady Nini was amazingly attentive and instrumental with solving couple of my rather minor but essential requests. Her shift partner (mentor) was very helpful too. Appreciated it very much.

Breakfast was ok, but the canteen staff wasn’t completely ready to serve the crowd of that size that morning.

To be honest, everything was just perfect in every aspect, but one thing stands out, the reception guys were just out of this world, i work for an airline and i have been travelling and staying in hotels most of my life, but i have not seen this dedication and professionalism like this, i forgot there names , full respect to them and well done holiday inn to employ staff like that, god bless them

The cleanliness of the room and facilities. Very nice staff. The room attendant was very polite and hospitable, very nice. Room was very wide and my kid loved it.

I like everything but only one thing which I didn't like and that why I gave 9 out 10 is because room doesn't have international power socket, we were travelling since prevous night from Abudhabi and reached hotel via kutaisi airport at around 4 pm, and the moment we reach hotel our phones were dead, and we couldn't charge it due to non availability of multiple power socket option, I did call reception but unfortunately they also didn't have but then room attendant went outside and purchased one for me but unfortunately that was wrong one, where as he did ask me to take money back, which I refused as he already did a lot for me. Then I went out side to purchased for me. Rest were excellent.

Centrally located - if you need to be moving about the city, it is a great location as you are unlikely to get stuck in the notorious Tbilisi traffic. It has all the facilities that you need, no nonsense: simple straightforward breakfast, english speaking and attentive staff, a quite working place. Ideal for business trips and shorter stays.

Air quality in the surrounding area - not much the hotel can do about that, Tbilisi is heavily polluted, but if you have asthma or respiratory problems, best look elsewhere. The only other thing is that unless you get your credit card pre-charged for a certain amount, the minibar will be physically locked by the staff.

It’s clean , suitable for family to enjoy the vacation , the location is near from city center, nice view Breakfast is excellent with many different kind of food.

Employees should be more friendly especially in the reception, I booked two rooms for me and my children , they provided them in two different floors, the shift leader Mariam was not cooperative to solve this issue. There is a bad smell in the corridor in 6th floor needs to be resolved. The isolation in the hotel not up to the mark as you can hear a lot of noise from street in the lower floors, also the voice from inside the rooms you can hear it easily while walking in corridor.

The bed was soft and there were quality sheets. The room was very clean and modern. The Location was extremely convenient for my exploring mission. The shower was also ver hot with great water pressure (these things can be important) my experience was very positive. They even offered breakfast when it’s not included in my package, Room Service are actively in service and also wanting you to be comfortable, The Guest Manager ( Mr Melik- Marutova ) personally did a satisfaction survey with me which appreciate. Holiday Inn really made my stay in Tblisi Georgia beautiful.

Absolutely Nothing … it was a perfectly stay and a home far away from home.
