The time I spend here was just amazing. The location is great, you can get anywhere from there: by bus, by metro and obviously by taxi. The room is cozy, clean and has everything you need. Also, there is a nice kitchen, when you can make yourself some tea or coffee, warm you meal and so on. In my opinion, the gem of this hotel is a wonderful terrace. Grab the coffee, sit down and enjoy. But the best about this place is the personnel. I came to Tbilisi not in the best mood. Also, everything I wanted is to have somewhere to sleep and use my laptop to make some work. However, everything changed immediately. Everyone of the people working here was so nice to me! I had so many interesting conversations, received a lot of advice I needed and much more. I was treated as a true guest, not just a client. It felt like home. It was well situated near bus stops that enabled me to get into the city centre very easily. It was in a quiet area of the city.

There was some noise at times from neighbouring guests who were chatting outside my room after midnight. However the staff at the hotel promptly dealt with this issue and made sure it didn’t happen again.

We strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay. It is surprisingly calm (though in the middle of the town) and it is clean and the room No. 102 is so nice and big! Really good value for price!!!

A fresh hotel in a quiet area despite its central location with welcoming staff. Has the option of early-checking for an extra fee. A big thank you for upgrading my number to a much bigger room.

Nice and friendly hotel, great location. Would love to stay here again. There were some confusion with room. I got better (bigger) room for free as an upgrade but it lacked normal desk to work at with notebook, but i have no complaints. Very friendly staff.
