Super location, high quality amenities, staff are polite, rooms are great.

Breakfast has to be improved.

Overall, very recommended if you want to be on a less noisy, outskirts of the city center but still within walking distance from several points of interest. Room has a balcony with pretty good views (I was on floor 13). The room was spacious and well distributed (I booked the "Deluxe Double or Twin Room"). Bed was comfortable but not enough for me specifically (I got back issues so that's not something on the hotel). Nice bathroom with good shower. Their menu for the room service was also very nice and tasty. Service was friendly and nice, something that I appreciate given the fact that English is not extensively spoken in Georgia. Got a supermarket and some restaurants/fast food chains (KFC, Dominos) in the vicinity as well.

Breakfast was overall good although a little limited in variety for my taste. However what was there was pretty good.

The rooms should be equipped with a bidet facility. In all rooms (special mention). The high quality rooms has bidet service which not all can afford. That's all . I have stated already that i have been staying in ameri plaza with family and alone as well more than 5 times now. So its worth considering my side of additional information. Ameri plaza has always been welcoming to us.

Bidet service and cost effectiveness

Everything from the hostess greeting us with great hospitality. And every time I would call them for service they would never say they won’t be able to do anything . They had a safe in the room. Room service was on point Great breakfast I would definitely recommend this location to people who want to travel to Tbilisi Thank you Ameri for making my 1st time in Tbilisi a wonder/ great experience

Everything was perfect nothing I didn’t like

It is necessary to mention , rooms were neat and clean and breakfast was absolutely amazing . I don’t know where to start from . My trip to Tbilisi is a holiday that I wouldn’t forget for rest of my life ! My husband and I stayed in Ameri plaza while we didn’t know anyone from this city . From the first minute we booked our room while I was still in England Ameri plaza team was helping us with every little details! We got married on this trip so we had lots of enquiries as our mothers were joining us from different countries . Lado and Rati (receptionists) did not hesitate to help us out through this journey! The director manager , Ekatrine went far away from her comfort zone to make sure every small detail is just the way we want it . We got the whole team support , from the security staff (Eco) to restaurant team , receptionists, cleaners and Ofcourse the management team . Our mothers , my husband and myself are so grateful for everything. Do I recommend this hotel ? Let’s just say if you visiting Tbilisi it would be a huge mistake not to stay at Ameri Plaza hotel !

Good , clean rooms with nice breakfast

Room didn't have an iron box. Breakfast was repetitive which will be boring if stayed for few days.

The hotel is located in the university area of the city, away from the touristic old city. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarket options around. On the street behind the hotel, there are lots of shopping options as well, as this is in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet wasn't around understandably as the occupancy was low. Hence, the kitchen staff were happy to prepare anything that we ordered. The room were clean and sufficiently regulated thermally. The bathroom was spacious and all necessary options were available. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay away from Tbilisi old city and avoid touristic places. However, you might miss out on the old city charm. Note that the hotel is on the upper floors of the building and the small reception is at the entrance. The rest of the building is used as office space but shouldn't be a concern.

I would have liked more breakfast options and fresher options. Some of our items were stale (croissant / corn flakes). Apart from the restaurant itself, everything else is good.

We just loved everything , we had a very Spacious room, very clean and lots of things they offered for free on a daily basis ( ie, water bottle, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush and tooth paste, etc.), they come for cleaning everyday or on request, very nice location, breakfast was good with lots of variety (generously), and very helpful and excellent staff.

We loved everything about this hotel and sightseeing in the city. Food was so so. Nice people but not many people speak English.

Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!
