Clean rooms good staff

1. It's dangerous to get down in front of the main entrance of the hotel as its a bus line now which is very dangerous and strange for a hotel entrance. 2. No fridge in the room. 3. AC was not working 4. They don't keep kettle in the room, which means you can't make tea or coffee inside the room.

The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. Its location is good, with easy access to public transportation. The internal courtyard was a particularly lovely feature, filled with numerous plants that create a soothing shaded area, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the well-equipped work rooms, which made it easy to stay productive during my stay.

The hotel had issues with their internal system, which caused confusion regarding breakfast payments. Despite having paid for breakfast in advance, I had to repeatedly prove this to the staff over several days. Unfortunately, no apologies were offered for the inconvenience, which left a bad impression. Additionally, the design of the shower was quite inconvenient, as it led to the entire bathroom floor getting soaked after use.

Some comments about breakfast, maybe my review will help some body - poor choice for allergic people, for my son with allergy to cow milk were just fruits and vegetables to eat, no alternative types of milk, even cornflakes contain milk🙄 Before arrival I asked a question about this, cause in all trips we pay a lot of attention to it. And the answer was that the choice is big. Ok, fruits and vegetables.... but not for hotel of Episode's level, as for me. I am thankful for waiters on the breakfast who were ready to check product composition for me every morning, but to management, I would advise to get more options on breakfast menu, maybe not for every day, maybe upon a request, but anyway alternative types of milk nowadays are everywhere😏

- First of all I choose this hotel for its modern minimalistic style and comfort ! All mod cons! The money paid does worth the price, my double room was comfortable. -Rooms were clean, and room cleaning service was proactive cleaning the room everyday. -I spent 5 days and was satisfied with the hotel! - The guys working in the bar - cafe, are super friendly and communicative. - The food is tasty 🤤, especially mashroom soup and shrimp tempura! - The location was good in general, as I understand it is considered as Saburtalu (one of city centres), it was enough good for me, the embassy was 5 min of walk which I needed, a lot of shops near and even found close beauty salons, and it was easy to take taxi from there and get everywhere i want in 15-20 min, even to OLD Tbilisi centre -There was nice Christmas atmosphere (music and Christmas tree) -There was also co working space and GYM

The light in the room was not enough for me, I wanted to do my work on laptop while siting in the sofa, but that side of the room in the evening was a little dark, so was forced to work prom cafe or co working, but if you don't read or work from your room in that case its ok 2. In general the food was delicious and breakfast as with standart nutrition was good, but as I love to choose more specific healthy nutritions in tea, in daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu was a little boring for me, as I am fan of healthy plates, If you eat standard kitchen than its ok 3.The parking in front of the hotel is hard, taxi drivers were complaining 4. There was no fridge, napkins, teeth brush, robe (robe I asked from service they brought)

We liked the rooms, and cleanliness of the hotel, the staff were really good, the location of the hotel was good because it was right opposite the police station and supermarkets like Spar and Carrefour, the TV was great (could be easily connected to the phone and earphones, the King room has great space when travelling with family, the crib for the baby was very neat and clean, Super easy to check in and check out

The parking/drop off point was a bit inconvenient

The co-working was great. The cleaning staff and staff at the desk were very nice, and the room was cleaned even the days when we were asleep past 11 AM. The self-check-in and self-check-out system was really cool. Meama coffee machine was cheap and produced quality coffee.

The room was super cold the first night. There was no central heating, and the air conditioning system was very complicated - it took us two nights to adjust it to the right temperature. The room was very loud - even when everything was closed, you would hear the street noise, car honks, etc. The building nearby is the karaoke or a nightclub - every night, we have heard loud music from there. The bathroom is ok, but the shower is very leaky - due to its construction there was water all over the bathroom.

They had very good bed linen and bed, comfortable, towels were clean, as well as the bathroom and hygiene standards, the only thing I didn't like was the lack of a phone or any way to contact the reception or room service, the location is also normal, the staff is friendly and smiling, it is not inferior to the high For class hotels, I always wanted to have a personal experience with this hotel and I was satisfied.

I liked the fact that I had my own terrace, it was just that there was an air conditioner system above the terrace and I was worried about the noise.

The hotel is new with excellent interior design. however, the condition of the rooms is deteriorating with furniture having visible signs of wear and walls having dirt and stains all over the place which makes an otherwise excellent experience feel underwhelming.

The breakfast, as well as the condition of the room, was really disappointing. The hotel is located in an area that has really bad traffic rush hour, so be prepared to spend 1,5 hours in a taxi.

Very high standard, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was very nice

The room was incredibly small, but it was a last minute booking and choice was limited. The breakfast experience was complete havoc. A staff member berated me for looking in the cupboard for a plate but as they were not to be found at the time I didn't feel I was doing anything wrong. I think this was a reaction to them being frustrated with the situation and some additional help at such a busy time would improve the situation.
