Location good, about 10/15 minutes walk from Liberty square, bed very comfortable, window with internal shutters to stop external lights, useful mini bar. Staff so friendly that they even made me a pleasant present for my b'day! :-) Reception works 24h

Toilette was very small so it was getting dirty very easy with water drops on the floor but it was never washed during my stay - at check-in I was requested to sign a sort of "home rules" which was not mentioned when booking the room

This was my second time for this place and I would highly recommend it.  the hotel was a comfortable and cozy place with a large and clean room . staff is very helpful and friendly especially. gentleman at the front desk. the location is among four popular neighbourhoods which are : old city. soloaki. avlabari and chugaratii. it also has walking distance to museums and popular bars and clubs such as. fabrika.. warshawa and many wine cafe social  hubs and good Georgian restaurants like veliaminov.. In addidion to that it is also located few step to big carefour and trendy eatery food court bazzari.

they should definitely warn next door neighbours for properly parking their cars...

The location is great. All great places are 10-30 minutes walk away, the weather was perfect and we enjoyed walking a lot. The family room was quite big and comfy. The price is great. I mean this is not a 5 star hotel, but this a very good value for the price. It's a renovated old house which offers 7 separate rooms each with bathroom and separate entry. There is no option for breakfast but that's fine as there are lots of cafes near by. The owners are very kind and speak English and Russian very well.

I love staying at home stays and small places to experience and explore old properties when I travel. As I come from a big city I don't like to stay at those commercial big hotels. It was a pleasure staying at this place, the receptionist was a nice chap, told me its about a 100 years old building, used to be a family home and they turned it into a hotel and I must say what a masterpiece. I studied interior design and I absolutely appreciate every little detail, the furniture, the décor, lighting, quality bedding, the bed, the bathroom and the tiny stairs. Loved it. I love how everything is put together and I actually will be interested to buy this property if the owners wanna sell it.

The location is a bit away from the center but just a little walk wont hurt

Nice design of the common area and the room was cozy itself. Very hospitable staff, room service every day or on request. I stayed in the budget room and big bed was in fact the two separate single beds standing together. Good clean warm bathroom. Towels are changed often. Clean lingerie.

Some light bulbs didn't work and zone near window was dark, old wardrobe (but someone could like it in retro style). One plug near floor lamp, so you either use it, or the TV. In the budget room Window goes into the courtyard, so the neighbor's balcony is very close, they see you very well, and you see/hear them. The bed was a bit short.

Such a calming hot shower. Close to the city but not right in the tourist hub so was quiet. Bed very comfortable and guy at reception was very nice. Great value for money. Did not want to leave this place as I slept so well. And daily room cleaning. Thanks for a great stay!

It’s a small super cute hotel across the bridge from the busy city center - perfect location in my opinion. Looks just like an old building from outside but inside it’s almost a museum - lots of old books, mosaics and decorations. Beautiful! Our room was on the second floor and was great, comfortable and clean, with a little balcony and a river view. It was cleaned daily and our towels were also changed daily - nice touch. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, they even tried speaking Ukrainian to me once they found out I’m from Ukraine. Besides that I told them in advance that we are coming to get married and they prepared a little present for us - a bottle of sparkling and sweets! So cute! Very pleasant stay.

It didn’t bother me personally but if you are coming for work, the internet may be a little too slow.

I like everything, starting from the hospitality, and helpfulness of the hosts. Both hosts Giorgi and the second man, unfortunately, I forgot his name are very kind and gentle people. They answered all the silly questions I had. And helped a lot. The room I stayed in was for the royal family I think. Really nice, big, and clean. The beds were comfortable and as white as snow on the top of Khazbeghi. No single noise after 23:00. The temperature in the room was OK the heater was doing its job well and without snorkeling.

The service was always on point. If you walked from the side of the bridge, you could get to the center very quickly. The neighborhood to the hotel is suitable even for a single woman, although I would not recommend further trips because already a street, but behind the hotel, was poorly lit.

I did not like that the cab sometimes could not hit a spot. In addition, thrown from the other side, having only 4 minutes to the hotel, I felt uncomfortable at night, because the area was poorly lit and I passed several groups of boys drinking alcohol. Nevertheless, there were no problems.

Comfortable and quiet place in walking distance to old town and liberty square. Nice rooms (103 is bigger and the shower more spacious). Good breakfast, even if it’s only instant coffee. Very friendly service with good recommendations. We stayed there three times during our trip.
