The hotel was very nice, the staff is very very helpfull and good specially the guy George(maybe the name isnt writing true) was specially very helpfull. Breakfast is more than okay and the ladys were always helping. Its totally value for the costs. The rooms were clean. Specially the breakfast area's view is very good. Balcony rooms are very cute, toilets were clean. Met everything which we expected

Just wifi isnt working sometimes and mobil data isnt working well (maybe because of our sim cards.) I suggest to people who will book the budget rooms its in the floor level room and near to reception we changed our room with extra fee after arrive to hotel with balcony ones these rooms were much much better with the price difference. Also location is good but a bit far from some points still there is a bus near to hotel.

My tour company booked this hotel for us and the choice was good. Clean room but had to pay extra for higher floor. Only English breakfast available. Service was very good and gave good hospitality. They have good internet so you can download offline maps to explore. My room had faucet leakage in bathroom but they resolved it before we came back from the tour in evening. The best part of the hotel is that you can see whole of Tbilisi from the balcony n breakfast area. All good locations were near to the hotel so you can walk and explore the place yourself. Altogether it was a good choice to stay there. Rating 4.5/5

We loved everything! It was a spontaneous trip for the New Year and we got lucky to end up in this hotel. It's clean, in the center of the city. We arrived at night so I didn't look out of the window and in the morning I found out that we have our own backyard and our dogs were having fun there. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the lady cooked eggs speially for me just the way I like it. Now when I travel to Tbilisi I will always stay at this hotel as it's very comfortable for me and the personnel is very friendly and supportive.

The only positive thing is Miss Dodo the breakfast/food chief maker... she was Extremely welcoming and smiling with us I hope the rest of the staff learn from here how to be welcoming

Unfortunately the most important thing is missing here, the welcoming. Zero smiling, bland expressions, felt like going into a graveyard not an hotel. the only person who smiled and talked to us was Miss dodo so thanks to her and i gave bad review so the management can see my review and actually LEARN something from Miss dodo and how to be like her. location is up the hill so you'll get tired reaching up

There is a stunning view from the accessible roof. Ask the cook woman for the key if the door is closed. Walk distance to almost everything notable in the city center.

Parking only available if you're lucky enough to get one of the 2 parking spaces on the street of the hotel building. The 304 room shower drain clogged, water rises up to the ankle. Some smell in the bathroom (had to run the fan day and night).

We requested for early breakfast (6am) and they arrange it for us. Even though the breakfast starts at 8am they still manage to meet the guests request. The service was very good in this hotel as soon as we checked in they told us to tell them what ever we needed and they will provide it. Such as plate, spoon, cups, mugs etc. And we were allowed to stay at the dinning rooftop till late night. We just need to ask them to open it for us. Inside you can have coffee and tea. The room was cozy and very clean. The price per night was reasonable. The amenities inside the room was complete. From slippers, 2 bath towels, 2 bathrobes, 2 hand towels and 2 face towel. Kettle with coffee and tea. 2 water bottle. Etc. For such a good price. This place is highly recommended friendly receptionist top notch service. We are happy to find this place. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The room was nice & clean, I didn't expect much. My stay was for a short while, but the host was extremely welcoming and caring. Location is in walking distance from the city centre and the old city walls.

The location was almost at the city centre, however, the neighborhood has everything to improve (shabby buildings, dog poo on the street... -- although, I guess, that's a really local vibe =) ). I'd add a small kitchen for the guests to cook at (or even do that together with the hosts -- imagine what a masterclass that could be!)

I liked the comfortable room and the friendly staff. The price was worthy. It is located in a very quiet area. The idea of having breakfast on the upper floor is very creative . We enjoyed the scene of the attractions while having your breakfast.

The breakfast was not variable. Water of the shower was very poor and needs to flow stronger. There were some ants and bugs on the balcony. You have to be careful that they don't come inside your room
