Perfect location

Location was nice Its near the center of Tbilisi and the old Tbilisi like if you walk 15-20mins away, wifi was good and staff was so friendly and by the way its near the last bus stop of OMNI Bus when your’e traveling from Kutaisi International Airport to Tbilisi Center like 5mns walk only.

They don’t have bidet, no telephone inside the room. For the check in they should inform the guest that for water can get near the lift, cause I purchase outside though its not that much costly but at least inform. I looked for sleeper the good thing that I saw a housekeeping near my room and they have extra pair so I asked for it. The room is quite small but nothing to complained as written its Ibis Budget Hotel so you will pay what you booked.

The hotel was great in every way. The location is close to the center, the rooms are clean, the design of the hotel is very stylish. The beds are comfortable and the room is cleaned again whenever you want. It was written in the comments that there is no hair dryer, but the hotel provides it if you ask. If I come again, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel’s location is excellent—almost in the very center. The best restaurants and attractions are nearby. The hotel has very good ironing rooms. The breakfast is suitable for a budget hotel. There is an opportunity to play table tennis. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I requested a late checkout at 2:00 PM, and they arranged it immediately for free.

The breakfast is not as amazing as mentioned in the reviews; it is a simple budget hotel breakfast with very limited options. The room was not cleaned properly—there was dust and hair on the floor. Additionally, the bathroom was designed for people with mobility restrictions, which felt a bit depressing. It doesn’t seem appropriate to assign such rooms to guests without special needs. Overall, the hotel is tidy and suitable for a short stay.

The environment is very decorative. Nice student hostal-vibes with very aesthetic appeal. Colourful walls and nice art design. The breakfast option is also good and plus they have vending machines including snacks and drinks which is a additional plus. Also like the small notice tags providing details of each initiative being taken The staff especially is very much cooperative and friendly! They even provide multiple cards for same room which is a bonus.

Location MAY BE an issue for some as nearby restaurants are no available. Also room size MAY BE small for some.

I know this is a budget Ibis, but they took it to extremes: No chair, nowhere to put your suitcase - not even a bedside table, so nowhere to put a book or a water bottle. It wouldn’t have taken much to make the room nicer and more useable. But it was clean, functional, and close to a metro station. Breakfast was delicious (and yes, there really is red wine for breakfast). Some smell of smoke/vaping, which is gross and problematic if you’re asthmatic.

The hospitality of the staff. They are really accommodating and very helpful. So grateful for them and for sure. Would like to commend Lasha, Dea and George. You guys are awesome and very helpful. The location is near to the Metro and nice restuarants and bar. Will definitely stay again in this hotel.

However, the room design felt a bit like a dormitory. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation couldn't be turned off, which was a minor inconvenience. It would also be great to have a kettle in the room for added convenience.
