Excellent location, very cool bar and restaurant. Rooms are modern and the cleaning was top notch. Front office staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant staff need a little more customer service training. For example: I came down for breakfast one day and wanted to join my two friends, we tried to move their table closer to mine since I was sitting alone and they told us off for that, although the tables were already next to each other but say 10 inches apart! Secondly in the bar, we had some business cards which had some work questions on it for us to prepare for a meeting. We were told that we weren’t allowed to have them on the table as they were considered a “board game”. The only other negative is no coffee machines in the rooms.

Comfy beds, great location in the new center of Tbilisi, lovely design, staff spoke decent English, cleanliness of the rooms (they were spot- and flawless). It was easy to organize a pick up service from the airport.

Urban rooms are a bit noisy (the ones with garden view might be better), room size is rather small. Even if you are a hotel guest, you need to reserve a table at the restaurant but they don‘t tell you upon check-in. The room service delivering food spoke bad English, first forgot the wine and then brought a bottle of lukewarm white wine - it was the house wine. This should not happen in a hotel in that category.

Overall, a very pleasant stay, exceptional hotel. Original design, very cool common areas.

Two tiny things though - one was that upon completion of check-out the receptionist told me "you're free to go" - very nice release from police custody message. Could do with brief training on 10 standard phrases in English. Second is that I received three emails asking to complete the survey, diligently followed the link to do it, which was broken. Responded that the link is broken, and still keep receiving emails with broken links. If no one cares about this survey, why do they even bother sending the emails?

We had a fantastic experience! The location was absolutely perfect, with so many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was more spacious than I anticipated, it was stylish and clean, and I especially loved the comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Tbilisi!

I have to admit that the breakfast was a bit overpriced for my taste. However, there are many great cafes and restaurants nearby where you can find a delicious breakfast at a more affordable price.

Breakfast is great. The property is well-located. The view from the room was really nice, would be better if it was a garden view room.

At the reception we were not informed that receptionist is going to withhold a deposit from our card, we were notified about it after the transaction was done. When we asked the receptionist why didn’t you inform us about it and didn’t ask a permission to do so, she just said that it’s a worldwide policy. No sorries for misunderstanding. Otherwise, our stay was great, except this little annoying check in process.

this is the best botique hotel in town. the staff were more than amazing and very welcoming I felt like home. my Mam during the check in got sick and had to call the ambulance! the receptionist and the customer relationship manager were very supportive and helped us until the ambulance reached! they even helped in carrying her … and on the 2nd day they were checking on us..I was overwhelmed with such care… didn’t have the chance to get their names but I truly thank and appreciate them all the restaurant had amazing vibes!! the hotel has amazing outdoor seating area (that is heated as well) .this was my first time and definitely not the last! can’t wait to go there again!!

Great location, great design, very clean, comfy bed and two size pillows so there is always one that works for you. Room size was good. We did not have breakfast, so no comments on that.

We had the garden facing room on a Friday night, the bar in the court yard had music until 23:00 so in case you want to go to bed early, that may be tricky. Bring ear plugs, as the hotel didn't have any.

great hotel in a good location, very comfortable bed an pillows, stylish rooms, great people at the reception.

the fitness room is more symbolic than it is funktional, it is so small and packed with machines, that you cannot roll out a mat to stretch there. the staff at the restaurant were very tense and seemed not motivated, it felt like they are in conflict with each other. It’s a pity that there is neither a sauna or a pool at the hotel.

This hotel has got style! It’s very themed and that certainly gives an extra layer to your experience. The personnel is really nice and the cocktailbar downstairs is very good. The facilities in the room are on-par. Nice bed and options for roomservice / minibar.

Price is imo not competitive. For the same price you can stay at a nicer hotel with more facilities nearby. It’s also not super sound-proof and you can hear water streaming through the pipes in the walls.

Great breakfast ... very good variety of fruit, bread and cakes. You can order eggs as you wish. They have different kinds of juices etc. And they also have a lots of typical foods you just find in Georgia.

Maybe a bit too much wood... makes the colours a bit dark. But this is a personal view. The overall atmosphereof the hotel is very nice and personal are very attentive
