This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was exceptional - delicious and varied. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions like the "History of Georgia" monument. Every aspect of my stay was impressive - from the welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia and would definitely return. A truly memorable experience that made my trip special!

I stayed 4 days in Novotel Tbilisi & 3 days in Batumi Orbi, then for 2 days in JAZZ HOTEL Tbilisi before my return. Out of 3 hotel we stayed Jazz was the best, my 17 & 11 yr old kids liked the place the most, Wife liked it because room was big and I was happy that I had to spend so less compare to other 2 hotels. Egyptian guy at reception was well behaved & vry helpful (i forgot his name) i only feel there is a scope of improvement on housekeeping. last being into Interior Decor business, i feel owner have good taste & knows about details. Hope they maintain the property well.

The staff was so kind with us and give us a good advice when we need it He was so polite with us The hotel have a good location from the city and the view is so good at the night and the day Then the up roof have a good view The room is quite and no light comes in the morning if u close the black out The price was balanced

The food Not all of it halal Stay away from the beef and chicken because if it’s halal It’s not good And i don’t think no one will take beef or chicken on the breakfast

Tbilisi is always so fun to go. And this time I chose Jazz Hotel because of its beautiful pool and sauna and of course very comfortable price. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Pool and sauna were excellent. Room was clear and nice. So many things were included in the price which is so great. We had very nice experience in Jazz hotel. Next time definitely choosing this hotel again.

The only thing I can mention is that there wasn’t much of warm food ( there were only eggs, mac and soup). It would be very nice if they add Georgian traditional khachapuri in the menu of breakfast. But I guess every day is different, We stayed only for one day.

We loved our stay. I made a mistake due to a wine spill on the bed duvet, including the pillow cases, and was supposed to pay a fine of 450 GEL. The owner understand our situation and when we asked for a lower fine, they agreed. Not only we appreciate this, but also the overall experience was good. We like the room, it was clean, there’s shops nearby, and the staff assisted us in booking taxi whenever we go out due to lack of SIM card when we arrived. Of course, when we go home, our friends will definitely stay in this hotel coz they deserve this recommendation 🥰

In terms of location, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, which ensured a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. However, for those looking to be closer to the bustling center, it might require a short taxi ride. Despite this, the comfort and quality of the hotel more than made up for any inconvenience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

One suggestion would be to consider adding a restaurant within the hotel premises. This would provide guests with the convenience of being able to order food directly from the hotel, especially during times when venturing out may not be feasible or convenient. Having an onsite restaurant would enhance the overall dining experience and add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind, especially with a fantastic pool and a sauna. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful, as well. The staff is accommodating and will always provide straightforward answers. Not to mention a good breakfast to last you for almost the whole day!

The bed and pillows were not as comfortable, and the mattress was a bit thin for me. The location is far from the old town/center, and no other restaurants are nearby.

And the staff is just amazing! Always friendly and attentive, they do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. I will definitely return!

The location is away from the busy city so you get to enjoy some peace and quiet moments. Daily breakfast was amazing and they serve different local cuisines every day as part of the food options. My family loved it so much! Boris was so kind, he even allowed us late check out and we got to enjoy, and extended time at the pool and the sauna. Private free parking is available so you don't have to worry about where to park your car.

The A/C wasn't that cold. Would have been better if it was, so my boys could have slept very comfortably.

Wonderful hotel nice, quiet, family-friendly and cozy , wonderful staff, helped us with everything, we are a couple with a baby, when we realized that our baby can not eat ready-made porridge, then a wonderful woman from the kitchen cooked semolina porridge for our baby every morning. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, breakfasts are good and hearty, everything was tasty .
