Beautiful property in a very good location, could easily reach my office on freedom square within 7 minutes by walking. Really liked Fast and Stable wi-fi in the room, large bed and lots of bath amenities, nice smell))

Would stay more but hopefully next time, could not visit rooftop as it was fully booked that night, breakfast was delicious

We loved the character of the place, it’s so quirky. The hotel staff managed our transfer from the airport and we were greeted with a very warm welcome to the hotel and all facilities explained in detail. Our room was a very good size, tase fully furnished and with a good sized bathroom and well stocked mini-bar (If you like a drink). Housekeeping is extremely efficient, totally faultless and nothing missed. Our request for a river view was granted. The balcony overlooks a road and then the river, if not slightly obscured by trees. Road noise is dampened by the superb glazing and trees and did not impact our stay at all. The hotel is perfect situated as a base for exploring Tiblisi, literally a few minutes walk from amazing cafes, restaurants and parks. ATM and supermarkets also within 50 and 200m respectively. We have already decided to return here.

Breakfast buffet was lacking a proper hot option but had plenty of other variety. The bed was described as a large double in the room description. It was actually 2 singles pushed together and covered with a mattress topper…. The dreaded plunge down the gap as happens in too many hotels these days.

I travel a lot as I work in service field in hospitality. Always try to book local hotels to find something unique and with character. It was my third visit to Tbilisi. After short research I booked riverside and it did meet my expectations. Hotel check in was smooth and fast. Irina and Hana were helpful. Smell in the lobby was also nice. Every detail is taken care of, room was on fifth floor with balcony. It was not large but with good views. Bed was very large and comfortable. Soft pillows. I was amazed by wall decor which made room feel luxurious and bathroom with large bath. No issues there. I even had coffee machine and speaker in my standard room which I was not able to find even in five star hotels in Geneva or Paris. Breakfast was adequate; even with free champagne and omelette on request. Terrace in the evening was full of locals which made my stay there even better as I could experience their vibe. Will come back surely

It is the best hotel in Georgia ! We stayed here in 2016 and returned again! We will definitely return more and more times. Location is perfect for tourist, it is 5 minutes walk from everywhere the tourist wanna go!We got a high level of hospitality and an excellent service ! WE highly recommend the room with the terrace , where you have a beautiful view on the city lights. But even if you not taking it, you will see the impressive view from the Terace restaurant which is on the roof of the Hotel. It is amazing tasy menu there, especially a Cesar salad and a homemade lemonade. There are a lot of dishes for kids as well! Coffee it is a separate story, they have very tasty coffee brand both at the Terace and at Tiffany lounge bar, which is downstairs! To each cup of coffee you are getting the Lindt chocolate perline. I have more and more to tell about that exclusive hotel, we love it and recommend to all!

The hotel has an amazing vibe with the Tiffany terrace and bar, and several very special touches in the decor. The terraces off the rooms are lovely and when the Tiffany terrace was open it was a wonderful place to relax. Brekfast was in the tiffant bar which is beautifully designed but I would have preferred it on the terrace with the view of the city.

Sadly we were let down several time by staff. We arrived at 1 a.m. to find our bathroom had a wet floor. We asked for it to be sorted the next day twice before it was done but they just wiped it up and it continued to leak. The hotel keycard says there is 24 hour room service, there is not. we rang at 3 p.m. for some milk and were told to go and get it ourselves. they need to get the little things right!

Absolutely happy with my choice to stay here. Had several options in my mind. Location is nice, very close to Orbeliani. Good service level, very clean, room was comfortable and wifi stable which is sometimes an issue. Building is not huge but is creatively designed. I had a meeting in the morning and staff gave me possibility to sit on rooftop in a very peaceful and working atmosphere. Free water, tea and coffee was a nice touch and good surprise. Lots of decor and details that feels special.

Nothing, had a shared veranda balcony to sit and enjoy. Exterior sofa would have been good

Well, hospitality was superb, smiling people and manager greeting us in the morning, did have a quick chat with him about the hotel. He asked for suggestion about breakfast which was already very good. For the given price range it was much better than I thought it would be, from walnuts and fresh waffles to lava cakes and a great cup of coffee and hot omelets, Nice selection of salads as well, I really enjoyed tomatoes in Georgia and breakfast area was not an exemption.

It is pretty difficult to find any, no issues with the room, however it would be great to have a swimming pool which was lacking in this hotel.

It was my third stay in April, by far the best 4 star hotel in Tbilisi. Lobby is warm and with nice scent, all rooms where I stayed were nicely designed, peaceful sleep and great Wi-Fi connection. Great amenities I used and even took home. Reception girl and breakfast lady was lovely, smiling, helpful with tips and taxi prices. In one word this is the hotel, though not large, with character and style.

Difficult to think of any, possible that I could eat steak only on rooftop as Tiffany bar served only desserts and drinks. Hotel has smoke free policy but I had a balcony to sit. No SPA however in room massage offer was given by third party dessange Paris center.

Walking distance to restaurants and cafe, the staff was responsive to my inquiries and helped me checkin early (for a price), the staff was friendly and always willing to help

that you could hear noise from the road, hot shower took some time to come out. There was balcony in our room but the view was just a road with a lots of cars passing so nothing special
