Holiday Inn is very conveniently located near the center of Telavi and there are plenty of restaurants and services within walking distance. Also, there are a lot of vineyards within 30min drive from the hotel. Hotel facilities are good, with a nice indoor pool, sauna and a small gym. There's also a small playroom with ping pong table. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Room has a good size for a couple, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. There are sockets next to the bed which is convenient to charge portable devices. Also, it was quiet and the balcony had and amazing view to the mountains.

Breakfast could offer a bit more variety, but it's not bad and has the essential to start the day. Juices could be made of fresh fruit instead of cheap bottled ones.

This was my third time staying in this hotel, I was there by myself once in 2019, later that year I returned with my cousin, and in 2023 I came with my partner. The hotel remains in top shape, well-maintained and meticulously clean. The shower has the best water pressure ever! The reception team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They've upgraded us to the executive room free of charge which was a very pleasant surprise! We spent a nice romantic evening in the hotel's swimming pool and spa and later enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Telavi now offers a lot of creative stays, however I personally would always choose Telavi's Holiday inn for the amazing team that runs it!

Everything was excellent. The view is amazing, probably the best in Telavi. Cozy room with all amenities. I especially liked the presence of a bathtub. Very clean. There are SPA, pool, a steam room and sauna. included in the price of your stay, which is nice. Very nice breakfast with a view, I just couldn’t leave there. All attractions are right in front of the hotel

We went with the children to the pool - it was small and not very clean. didn't find a place to change clothes.

My first time in a Holiday Inn with my kids and I found it a real treat for all of us- just what we needed! Receptionist Giorgi was fluent in English, very kind, respectful and super helpful. The room was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated, the retractable rooftop swimming pool and spa ideal, and the view over Erekle's Castle and the Alazani Valley was stunning. I also liked the green-thinking policy with regards to toiletries. The location is also fabulous for restaurants, sightseeing and urban strolling. Highly, highly recommended.

The only negative was the dangerous slippery floor tiles around the pool and sauna. Either new non-slip tiles are needed or a reapplication of the non-slip tape (which has clearly worn off)

Big thanks to the Front Office team at the hotel! They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an executive suite and providing local sweet treats with wine. Despite full occupancy, they even managed to accommodate our room change request. Outstanding hospitality and a warm welcome from Front Office manager Giorgi and his team, especially Sopo and the others. I'm absolutely delighted with my first stay at a Holiday Inn - such a memorable experience!

Hotel located in beautiful city and excellent place. Hotel don't have parking but possible parking car on square near of hotel or along side of hotel, no any restriction. Hotel room nice and comfortable. All consumable staff for comfortable stay present. Bonus from hotel, free spa service: swimming pool(amazing view of the historic part of the city), sauna, hamam. Recommend rooms with amazing view of the historic part of the city. We really enjoyed the service at the bar. The restaurant pleases with an abundance of variety of food and home comfort. My three super active kids and I spent a very beautiful time in Telavi in the end of August, 2022 at Holiday Inn Hotel. The hotel was very nice with a very good location, good staff and cozy environment. My kids enjoyed a swimming pool a lot and board games in the evenings. Hotel staff was always attentive and professional towards us. We had a very good room with a nice view which was always clean and fresh. I would like to thank a lot - Giorgi, at the reception, who was always helpful and professional, really the best face of the hotel, also Tiko ( if I correctly remember the name, food & beverage manager) and Nino, who always greeted us with her charming smile while our morning breakfast. And the hotel has the best pizza. I would definitely travel back. Hasta la vista ;) P.S. I am taking the best memories with me.... Thank you!

Amazing location, very helpful staff, beautiful view from the room and from breakfast room. Attitude to kids- above expectations! Free juices for kids at check-in stage. Strongly recommend this hotel!!!

While water is not cold, the air at swimming pool area was very cold, though the temperature outside building was +17. Inconvenient to go out of water, especially for kids.

This hotel is really good for the price. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom and a great view on the center. If you plan to explore the city of Telavi, there is literally no better location. Hotel is literally in the center. Everything was super clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Could not ask for a better experience and still amazed with the price! Will visit again for sure.

It would be great if the restaurant could work until later then it does. We arrived pretty late and wanted to grab a bite, unfortunately it was not possible. Considering that most Restaurants close around 11 PM, would be great if the hotel can take this into account.

The location is great, possibly the best feature of the hotel together with staff professionalism and friendliness. Standard double room size is good, bathroom also is spacy and comfortable. The closet has an iron and a safe box. Overall, really good and decent hotel to stay for a few days if you are in the Kakheti region.

Pool size - come on :) it's not an "indoor pool" :) it's a mini-pool for after sauna maybe... breakfast was kinda ok, but still not perfect...
