-Beautiful estate - lovely buildings, grounds, rooms and furnishings -Stunning pool options -Great breakfast spread, choice of restaurants -Amazing wine tasting experience - special shout to the sommelier Luca for spending extra time with us to show us the vineyards too -Enjoyed the hotel so much that we added an extra night to our initial stay

-Limited spa spots - suggest booking ahead if interested (was not able to get couples massage or individual one at a convenient time) -Limited pool side services - thought staff would have approached to offer cocktails/snacks/services while lounging a at the pool, but wasn't the case

This was our third visit to Radisson Tsinandali. As always, their property is phenomenal, along with the lovely Georgian and European food they have and the two pools, one in Radisson, one can be converted into an indoor pool. Our feedback would be to possibly convert the Radisson rooftop pool to an adults-only pool, as there are times the other pool (which already has a kids pool) gets busy and loud, and people that are looking for a relaxing time at the collection and have paid an ample amount of money can relax without the disturbances, caused by children. In addition, the rooftop pool had only five umbrellas to accommodate 28 loungers, which were available on a first-come, first serve basis. This seems a bit unrealistic with the heatwave in Europe. Secondly, we were surprised to see Luka, the sommelier moved to another bar, his presence at the Library bar as an expert was undoubtedly missed. There is a certain je ne sais quoi needed by a person, which we found the Library bar overlooking this time. In fairness, we thought Luka would be a Library bar manager by now with his expertise. But that’s up to the management to decide. Overall a lovely stay we will visit again; however, we will inquire first beforehand this time if some of the above suggestions have been taken into consideration.

Its one the most beautiful and interesting hotels I have ever been, amazing design, special ambience. Amazing views from a rooftop pool, nice food, nice spa.

When we arrived we was informed that rooftop pool and stem room will not work, and it was fixed only last day of our stay. I was disappointed because the hotel didn't informed me about it, and it was the main point to come to the hotel, because of the pool, but Liza from management at least made us more happy offering free bed in the room and local champagne. The cleaning is the only one disadvantage of the hotel, it is extremely dirty in the corridor area, as if no one vacuum it. But in overall all was perfect. If hotel will fix cleaning issue it will be unbelievable experience.

Staff is ready to assist, however not on par with proper 5* hotels across the world. Maybe Georgia is not ready to accommodate the most demanding guests. Communication is difficult due to the poor English language knowledge, therefore many requests can be lost in translation 😀. The estate is an amazing place, the buildings are full of character. The Library is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in a hotel.

The lack of hygiene on the Prince Alexandre terrace due to dogs moving freely between the tables, getting leftovers from guests dining in, while staff has nothing to say. Sorry, but this should not be a practice in a 5* property. While the Tsinandali wine can be really good (especially the Reserve one), it can be a bit frustrating that while in a country that invented the wine, you cannot have variety (only their own will be sold)

* The facilities are great * The beds and pillows are comfy * The garden is huge and beautiful * The swimming pool is nice to chill at with a nice view * The ambience and lighting (except the room) * The breakfast is great with a lot of variability

* The first floor rooms doesn't have any view, the terrace's view is blocked * The room AC was not cooling well (especially on the last day, it basically stopped working) * The lighting in my room was not the best, a bit more lit than I'd want for the night * Since we are in a wine region, they should allow us to bring our own wine, just introduce a corking fee. After negotiation they allowed us to do that with an introduced corking fee at the swimming pool (I just hope this gets introduced everywhere in the hotel)

The property is esthetically really nice with a beautiful garden and great venues for dining services. The food was great, we had dinner at the Georgian restaurant and the waitress there was really professional.

Unfortunately, we had some communication problems. It was complicated to contact the property both by email and by booking messages regarding wine tours and tastings - which it was one of the main reasons for our staying in the wine region. The information was not provided on time and it was also really confusing. The staff wasn’t competent nor attentive as expected.

Absolutely astonishing premises. The hotel is well-renovated, areas very clean and tidy. Friendly staff, all our requests were provided in a timely manner, special thanks for anniversary celebration amenities - I highly recommend the local bubbly which you can purchase in the bar. Breakfast is nice, specially I enjoyed eggs variables from the hot dishes station. The park and vineyard territory is enjoyable and a bellboy can show you around by a golfcar. Do not miss an excursion to the Chavchavadze estate and the wine cellar (inside the hotel) - a ticket might be purchased at the entry to the park. There is also a large playground which my kids spent a lot of time at. The beds at the hotel could not be comfier, it was absolutely impossible to leave them in the morning. The room was spacious with a spectacular terrace to spend the evening at while enjoying the sunset. All the necessary amenities together with soft bathrobes and slippers are available. There are 2 pools - both outdoor in fact, the one on the 5th floor and the one in a separate building.

There are a couple of things to improve the service and to make it impeccable. The poolbar served us two cocktaiIs - and the virgin mojito was only half of the glass, usually the rum in the cocktail is replaced with tonic but it was not the case and we had to pay 12 lari for only half of the drink which was very sour. Also I didn't like that there were a lot of dogs in the hotel area and the waiters at the restaurants didn't prevent the dogs from lingering for the food and jumping around the kid's stroller - which is unacceptable for a 5*! However these tiny things didn't affect the overall great impression of the hotel and we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

Very good breakfast (although I've had better, the choice here was standard, not exceptional). The location is amazing, the best I've seen. Bicycles and tennis are a nice bonus.the interior are comfy and stylish. Pool has a great view

Spa closed at 7pm which seems like a joke, since it's the reason why we booked the hotel, the other pool is good, but there's no hot tub, steam room or sauna. Low sustainability effort - instead of a big gel and shampoo dispenser they use small bottles. No water cooler and restaurants offer only bottled water. When we complained about the SPA schedule, the receptionist didn't bother to explain the reason why it closes so early and instead recommended us to check the schedule in advance (duh) - definitely not a response you expect in Radisson. Rooms definitely need more towel racks in the bathroom

Lovely room, and the hotel as a while felt very luxurious. The restaurant was very nice in the evening. We also loved using the pool, steam room, and tennis courts.

staff weren’t very helpful. I asked if there was a computer I could use and was told no. I then pointed out there were 2 in the library and only then did they offer to set it up for me. Things were very slow (check in/out, restaurant service, computer set up)

Everything from the location, to the staff to the restaurants and the food was all great. The property has so much that you won’t need to step out; beautiful estate, winery, etc…. Also, good gym, spa, and pools. All the staff are very helpful and great hospitality, especially Lisa at the front desk, went out of her way to help us with our agenda for the day tour, etc….

The bathrooms had some drainage smell on and off.
