After many days on the road, the spa facilities at the hotel were SO appreciated! First we hit the pool, which had massage jets (heaven!), then the steam room and sauna. There were also showers available, and robes, towels, etc. were in our room. The room itself was comfortable, but was a bit warm… nothing that opening the door to the balcony couldn’t fix! Our dog was accepted happily, and was allowed in the bar area where we ate dinner. The menu was limited, but the food was tasty and the wine was excellent. The lobby area was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the staff worn traditional outfits. I would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended to friends.

The pool and the wellness area were quite good. The breakfast was really abundant with a lot of fresh fruits. also close to excellent. The food for diner (we have chosen the half-board option) was good on some evenings, very good on others. The staff were really kind - also in accommodating small (5 & 7 years old) children.

The first room we were given was somewhat small for 2 adults and 2 children - we have registered for a family room, the one given to us was in reality appropriate for only 1 child. This was changed after we (really) insisted. The infrastructure needs some refurbishment. In our case this was not a problem, but for people with disabilities walking the many stairs and steps here and there could be of a serious obstacle.

The breakfast was wonderful & the location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay, outside the town.

I was charged an additional €75 by the hotel to do a tiny bag of laundry which in my opinion is completely overpriced.

The pool was awesome. Julio was super nice and there was also; a very nice lady in the restaurant with short hair and glasses! Very helpful! Easy check in! Awesome breakfast. Fabulous restaurant! I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t find the air conditioner or regulate it. We just opened the door, to get cooled off. One emloyee ,a lady with long black hair , has very bad manners! Not friendly at all.

This hotel is lovely and authentic. It’s a bit old but that doesn’t matter. It has great character. The pool and aauna were amazing. And staff is helpful. We had a rental car and easily for around. We had a great time.

Would be nice to have a little fridge In The room.

Very good value for money. Perfect for a spa weekend to get out of the city. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are a little all over the place. So one has to go some winding paths to reach one’s room.

Spa, swimming pool, staff

Room furnishings look cheap for a four-star hotel, especially bathroom. Food quality good, but not much choice at lunch and even less for dinner.

Bed was comfortable. Room very clean and spacious. Wellness area and Pool were fantastic. Restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet very nice. Building, restaurant and entrance very welcoming. Everything loyal to the ‘style’ of the hotel. Very nice.

Bathrooms were extremely old, but clean. We were in the area where families were put, which meant early morning the hallways were loud… and echo. Reception staff are not overly friendly. Food a bit tasteless.

We had a girls spa weekend here. I had prompt communication from the hotel about a couple of questions before our arrival. We walked from the Bad Aibling Kurpark train station- about 25 minutes. A welcome drink upon check in. An extremely quiet room. Plenty of towels and bathrobe for the spa. We asked for and received slippers from the front desk. We had a great hiking recommendation from the front desk. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, even at peak hour. Pool and sauna well used, even during corona. Don't think that people won't use them and you'll have it to yourself. We received a snack bag upon checkout- water, apple, granola bar. Excellent, excellent, excellent.
