Very, very affordable and comfortable hotel in Rosenheim. They provide free safe (something hard to find in other area hotels) and very comfortable beds. The location appears to be a suburban area of Rosenheim where you mostly see trees, open fields and mountains but the hotel is actually within the city and there are several German houses and small buildings nearby. This is a "Perfect" location for a hotel because you are within the city limits but you feel the connection with nature and you do not hear noise at all.

Ahh. The TV service appears to be only focused on a German audience. If you do not speak German do not expect to see much at all on your room TV. However there are a couple of international news channels in English...But who wants to watch only news during a pleasure trip? All other TV programs and shows are in German, even American movies. I just wish that they also considered adding other languages channels for international visitors who do not speak German.

It’s a beautiful property. Spotless, well looked after, different than any place we ever stayed at. We arrived late, around 21:00. We were greeted by the front desk person who said “we were waiting for you, are you hungry ? We can get you some food”. I was speechless. During our travel through Europe we stayed in 9 different hotels. That includes Hilton and Radisson. Nobody greeted us like that. We liked everything about this place. The hospitality, friendly staff, the room, decor and the amazing outdoor area. The food was delicious. We never had such a variety of food for breakfast.

There is nothing not to like

The place is beautiful and the breakfast was great. Comfortable and very relaxing.

There was a strong smell of freshener or detergent in the room which perhaps was a little bit too strong. Strange noise in the evening (not external) that bothered us a bit until it stopped an hour later. These 2 small things would not stop me from staying there again and still enjoyed our stay.

Had no breakfast but perfect location and the whole ambience of the hotel is beautiful , free fast WiFi in the room, very quiet and relaxing stay, free parking, the car park in itself is made „with style“ as is the hotel

Nothing I did not like, have been to the place many times and it keeps getting better and better

The hotel is in a very quiet location but close to the town. Parking is right outside and free. Breakfast was extensive and very good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Evening meal and Breakfast were excellent, my room was very good and on site parking was great.

I just wish a complementary bottle of water were in the room every day...

Nothing really

The room was big and clean. Our room has a private terrace with a table and deck chair. The hotel has free parking in front of the building. There is also a restaurant.

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet and spacious even with the basic rooms.

We couldn’t find water kettle to heat up water for tea.
