Second time around in the hotel so no surprises. Overall all good for the expectations. Conviniently less than 10 min from the train station and 10 min to the city center.

the inconsistency of the house keeping and sometimes lack of common sence. So, it was over 30°C, very hot days and some days the house keeping would open the window and leave it so the whole day. It would be increadbly hot in the room when i came back! Luckly the air con worked well but it is rather wastfull and completly unecessary. Due to the heat i also removed the duvet cover to be able to sleep with something light. But the same house keeping that would leave the window open would also put the cover back to the duvet. Other days, someone more sensible would leave the window close and the duvet cover out. It is a mildly anoying experince but save energy guys! I also found 2 hairs on my sheets.

We stayed here for two nights. We arrived by train. Its about 8 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is located on a busy street, but although our windows were onto the street, we did not hear any noise, the isolation was pretty good. Its a short strole to the city center. Service was very nice and friendly. When we arrived early evening for check in the poor guy had to do both the bar and the reception, so there was a bit of a wait.

Breakfast was good and filling, variety and quality could be a bit better (cheese etc.).

Nice location, everything very clean and modern. Nice parking for our bicycles. Decent continental breakfast and great staff

Would have been perfect if only the A/C in our room worked. Near 90 that day and the room was stuffy. Staff said the place was full and couldn’t change rooms and couldn’t get the A/C fixed right away. opened the window at midnight but moderate road noise.

The staff was great. We specifically booked this place because it was air conditioned and it was the middle of July. Since the air in our room on the fourth floor did not work, the staff offered to refund the money had we decided to leave but also offered another room on the second floor. We chose to stay and the new room was perfect. So was the extensive breakfast.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was far better than a lot 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Spotless (kudos to the cleaning team), friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed. We absolutely enjoyed staying here and it was a great value for money. The receptionist was kind enough to change our room upon arrival, when we realized it was facing the street and needed a quieter one.

Nothing negative to say. We enjoyed staying here.

ok for a short stay. Close to the center of Rosenheim. Easy to reach by car and enough parking thanks to a nearly situated parking lot

Due to its situation along a main road, it can be loudy (with opened windows) in the rooms on that side. Breakfast room was to small. Due to many people in the hotel there were no more seats available. We had to wait +- 30 min.

Breakfast and Staff

Credit card machine did not work and wound up swapping it 4 times and ultimately billed 4 times. That said, the system caught up with itself and the bill worked out correctly without any intervention on my part. Getting in/out of the Hotel was tight due to space. Having to pay for parking and paying for it separately was a bit of a hassle.

We were welcomed by the general manager, who is very nice and made our stay truly a terrific experience. The rooms are new, and everything is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed a lot our stay and can highly recommend this place when being in Rosenheim.

The breakfast could also provide some scrambled eggs and bacon in addition to the hard boiled eggs. But other than that, the breakfast was great and had a good variety.

All was according to what i read and booked. Confortable beds, very clean bedsheets, big bathroom, breakfast pancakes.

Everything was just fine. As a suggestion, lack of a small fridge for water cooling might have been missing from the room. But this was not an impediment.
