It was a wonderful quiet place. Large comfortable bed and pillows. No air Con. but room was big and windows could be left open it was not a problem. 15 to 20 minutes easy walk to town. Good fresh food and coffee for breakfast. It is a pity the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. Great destination for people who like to walk or cycle. 7-9 euros for taxi from town.

The hotel, its ambiance and personnel I found all very nice tranquil and peaceful. The ambience brought me a lot of rest. There is a Park behind the hotel where one is invited to exercise and run. The personnel is very friendly and explained me a lot about the possibilities in the neighborhood. The breakfast is lovely and extensive. A place I really like to come back to.

A warm and cozy hotel situated much away from the city. was one of the best stays I’ve had.

a few things to note: - the hotel does not have an elevator so be mindful about the floor you select (that is if you have heavy luggage) - if you are going to the city, make sure to have your own car or getting the train is the best. it took me a while to figure things out, but the train is easy to access.

Nice location in the forest and next to a very nice residential area of Bad Homburg. Perfect for a quiet place with immediate access to a beautiful forest for walks and not far from downtown.

Breakfast was first served at 8:00, which was too late for me. On the flip side, it was Sunday morning, so perfectly acceptable, just to be aware of if you need to get going earlier on a Sunday morning.

Booked room with terrace off courtyard but other people in hotel used it as the communal smoking area not good when windows open first thing in the morning and the smell of smoke drifted into the rooms!

I like this hotel and the atmosphere. Its bit inside a remote place, initially it looks to me like a castle stay. Really nice facilities.

Location is not properly pinned in google map which caused me unwanted driving multiple times. So get the proper address in Navi before driving.

Wonderful location on the border of a wood with walking trails. Large, comfortable room with a small terrace. A cute, friendly dog welcomed us.

We enjoyed the walk into town, but it might be a bit far for guests with a lot of luggage or disability issues.

It is the loveliest stay in the woods in the tranquil surroundings of Bad Homburg. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is held in the coziest manner possible with views of the forest.

Business comfort room was spacious (for Germany), clean, big windows opening to the pleasant backyard scenery. Surprisingly I found no mosquitoes in the room, even with the hotel nestled in the middle of the woods. There are trails all around through the woods, which I enjoyed a lot. Peaceful and quiet. The lady manager at the front desk is welcoming and and helpful.

The only chair in the room was good for sitting at the desk to do work, but too uncomfortable to lounge around. The breakfast buffet is the worst I have seen (and I travel a lot). I am not sure why it is called "buffet", when it is miniscule portions of very few items. The espresso coffer maker, which many hotels in Germany now have, was nice.

Would have liked a coffee maker/tea kettle in the room.
