The house was located not far away from the lake, which was very good. Parking in the street was easy, and the property was quite comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning and was a continental buffet. Our room was a flat located on a separate house (Opposite the main house) and was quite spacious. It has a small kitchen, a separate bedroom and the living room has an extra bed. the view from the living room was really nice (mountains). The landlord offered us a special stay card which allowed to have free public transportation and also access to some events (unfortunately there was no event during out stay as it was off season)

Our kitchen was not very well equipped, we only had a few plates, glass and cutlery , stove and fridge however it was not really adapted to cook. There also was no micro wave, the kettle was not really clean.

I found it as a very nice combination between traditional and modern. My room was very nice and the view from my balcony was amazing. The location and service was very good. The breakfast and the garden were very nice.

There is nothing to complain about the venue.

Breakfast selection is too small

We had the worst experience during check-in with them. Took more than 20 times to ring their number for check-in before someone answered. And to make things worse, he didn't speak any English. So if you check in later than 19:00 and you don't speak German, GOOD LUCK!

Cute hotel very close to the beautiful lake Tegernsee. Love the historic feel of the hotel. Nice complementary breakfast is provided with good coffee. Nice bonus is a fridge with some beer and drinks with nice glasses where you can get yourself a drink for a reasonable price.

Beautifuk wooden boards around the bed made the bed a bit too short for me, I am 1.90. Parts of the hotel and room does smell like someone smoked, I guess it is hard to get that smell really out of the carpet. Outdated bathroom.

Breakfast is ok with jam, hams, cheese and different breads. Location you do need the car to go anywhere, but can manage to get to the bakery walking at 300 mts? Big TVs in each room

The daily cleaning is very superficial. You will get your bed done only if you are out the room early otherwise will be next day. They don't do the dishes of glasses and kitchenette if you happen to have this room. Towels change only if you really put them outside otherwise they will keep them even if dirty on the floor. Shampoo and soap are the same and not a gentle one for the skin or the hair, bring your own... Terrible smell of cigarettes in lobby of the second building.
