The room was comfy and spacious for us, a small family with a small baby. Would have been a good view to the mountains and the lake, if it wasn't for the construction site nearby. Special thank you to the staff - they were super friendly, helpful and nice - I was doing remote work from the hotel and they always made sure all is ok and got me coffee once in a while. The internet connection for guests was a bit weak, but they provided me the password to the staff router and I could work without more issues.

I know it's not an issue with the hotel itself, but there is a construction site right between the hotel and the lake, so the view wasn't exactly what we expected

- Good breakfast, despite no salamis, sausages or bacon being offered - Room was bigger than I expected and had a good size for a single room and even a balcony - Nice staff - Very central location, right in front of the lake - You can check-in after check-in hours by simply picking up the room key from the locker box

- Construction works in front of the hotel that started at 7 or 8 am - Internet wasnt great, I had to dial in every two hours - If you prefer a meaty breakfast, then you wont like it here

The room was spotless, I'd say the cleanest room I have ever seen in a hotel. The location was very convenient for access to the lake, hiking trails and also local amenities. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delightful. Stocked Minibar included in the room rate 😊

There were some quite inconsiderate guests who made a lot of noise in the evening. Anyone who is a light sleeper should consider packing earplugs.

I loved the vintage lighting and style! The family groom was also really spacious, which we weren’t expecting…amazing breakfast! Lovely lady at reception (forgot her name), perfect location for walking with a dog too!

Cosy, great variety of food at breakfast despite it is vegetarian. We had a wonderful host, Christina great job done. We liked that minibar was for free and we had a lot of drinks in it. And something sweet :)

It is a little bit outdated, a refresh to 2023 is needed. Rooms were a bit noisy, we heard the neighbors making shower and talking. And maybe more safety for the room keys will be also indicated. Anyone could take the key from reception.

Location was excellent, breakfast was great with lots of choice. The Tegernsee card was a lovely bonus saving us lots of money and the welcome minibar very nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful and welcoming. Relaxed atmosphere and very clean.

The lawns needed cutting and let the place down considering how manicured the rest of Bad Weiss looked. The lake view was almost obscured by the trees and pile of stone in what appeared to be a car park between us and the lake.

Room was a good size and the 'lake view' was as described. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, lakefront, shops and supermarkets. The breakfast is very good and there are large common areas to relax in. Staff are very helpful and available by phone when not on site.

It is a little difficult to find. There is no signage to show its name and even the street address is difficult to see - even though it is correct .... the property looks like a private property - not a hotel.

Everything. Parking, room, breakfast, staff, location. It was a very pleasant stay.

If I had to say.. the bathroom didn't match the aesthetic of the room. But it wasn't a big deal, the soap is very nice 😄

The location of the hotel is probably the best for Bad Wiessee. It is very close to the city center and the beach by the lake (only 3 mins by foot to both). The apartment kitchen is well equipped, and the rooms are spacious.

The room (apartment) is not located at the ground level of the main building as advertised, and you will not have any access to the main building when there is no one in the reception area. It is at an extension of the garage (and storage) building between the main building and the building where the long-term rented apartments are. You will only have access to your apartment. There is almost no internet. The wifi signal and the mobile phone reception are very weak in the room. One of the bedrooms is accessible only from the bathroom. Although our reservation included breakfast, the hotel told us that it did not as they do not offer breakfast if you reserve the apartment as it has a kitchen. After we showed them our voucher, they let us have our breakfast at the main building.

Almost everything

At august 2024 there is a huge building site in front of the hotel so you cant properly see the lake. You should inform your costumers about that before the booking. And you can't have a wifi without password protection, it's dangerous.
