The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a rough travel day and they were all too happy to help us with a reservation in the restaurant and help us both relax. Dinner was delicious and the Peafowl was especially flavorful. The selection presented many local options for different tastes. I only wish we had the energy to stay up for dessert! The bathtub- top notch. While we spent only one night on the property, we fully enjoyed our room and the breakfast the following morning. The chef managing breakfast was very attentive and spoke English with great humor. This hotel is a must stay for the staff and quality of care. I hope very much to return.

Parking was a bit tricky. Being American meant was couldn’t quite figure out street signage and blacktop painting in the dark when we arrived. All was well and we found a space within a few minutes on the quiet street. We did elect to stay in a theme room to shake things up, and the wine bottle fixture needed a bit of dusting.

Everything was perfect, we came by car, there was a parking in front of the hotel and the centre of Baden Baden was only 6 km away. The hotel offers great facilities, perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms , breakfast was delicious and in abundance. The spa within the hotel is perfect for some private, relaxing time , also immaculate hygiene. We went there a few days before Christmas, it was beautifully decorated, Baden Baden is worth a visit and the hotel a must stay i :-), we will be back for sure. P.S. Staff was exceptionally kind:-)

Great location with easy parking directly outside of the hotel Very comfortable rooms with an ensuite bath and a balcony with views over the vineyards with lovely walks nearby the staff were so helpful and friendly we had dinner which was exceptional with great service, the staff were so friendly and spoke English so we felt very comfortable in our choices, it is necessary to book as it was very busy We had a very good early breakfast with a lot of choice Would recommend and return if we are in the area again

The room was clean, comfortable and modern.

We arrived very, very tired. Been driving all day. My husband had booked this hotel because of its reviews for evening meals. He hadn't seen the small print saying that the restaurant was closed on a Thursday evening. Thursday? What a pain, having to get ready to go out again in the rain, and find the car parked at the end of the road. Arrived in the village at the recommended restaurant absolutely soaked through and cold When we mentioned to the lady behind the counter at the hotel the next morning, she said oh yes, that's my son's restaurant. we like to take it in turns to be open during the week. How annoying was that.

Really fantastic facilities which are wheelchair friendly. Parking available 50m away and the rooms were very well equipted. We got a suite with a seperate room and a big outdoor area for ourselves and it suited us perfectly as our daughter is in a wheelchair. We forgot to book the restaurant which was booked out so we ordered room service and ate out on our terrace. Absolutely beautiful food and a super setting. Shame we were only there for a short time and did not have time to take use of the facilities. Breakfast was included in our deal and was very nice the restaurant was very nice. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with all amenities available. No issue parking , very comfortable rooms with balcony. The restaurant was excellent on the evening of our stay and breakfast the next morning was very good. We prefer to stay slightly out of the main baden Baden area and this was great at only a few km. Lovely hotel all round.

Nothing out stay was perfect.

Located amidst the Vineyards, this property is a dream for Wine Connoisseur. The room theme was setup also to remind everyone about its location. The food was great and they made special arrangements on my request to celebrate my partners B'day. I would definitely come back to Black Forest just to stay at this property.

Amazing little place in a tiny village near the Baden Baden region. Particularly liked the terrace on the 2nd floor where you could sit and relax, the garden / patio area in the ground floor, the sauna room. The food in the restaurant was simply delicious both at breakfast and lunch

Everything was amazing

The hotel is a hidden gem, behind the hills and the narrow streets of a small village. Everything seems to be put in place to satisfy your relaxation needs. The room is big, the design is very interesting by bringing local attractions into attention. The restaurant is very good and food is at the highest. Of course the price is a bit too high.

The trash bin from bathroom hasn't been emptied before the arrival. Sauna could be better organized and guests instructed not to speak loud in the relaxation area, English instructions for sauna would be ideal as well as a timer for the sauna.

Excellent room. Very comfortable with mini bar. Kind an attentive service from all we encountered. Excellent restaurant and food. Would definitely return.
