The stay at this hotel was not only a treat, it was a wonderful experience of locale, atmosphere, and exquisite service that made us feel like we had landed in the lap of luxury. The breakfast as the most complete of anywhere we stayed in Germany or Austria with an automated barrista machine that made your coffee as you want it (cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.). They offered everything from hot fresh eggs two ways to sausages, bacon, and cold cuts and a variety of cheese, breads, yogurts, juices, etc. Service was attentive and punctilious.

I had a tub with shower attachment that worked fine for me, but I was a little concerned about falling with a tub, but what a luxurious bath it would have been had I wanted to and took the time. Parking was a little tight, but sufficient.

The breakfast was very nice, it had its fair share of various things one requires in the morning. The breakfast room also looked out on a fabulous view which was a huge bonus. The sauna was very nice, a welcome treat after a long walk in the region, particularly during the winter. The surroundings are also great for walks in many directions and the wine region is very cute. The property is easy to find with navigation and there is plenty of parking. The three mascots, ie geese, are a nice distraction to have roaming around outside.

I think one of the main things that could warrant improvement are the bed and particular the pillows. The pillow seemed quite warn. The bed was a tad bit hard.

The view from this room was so delightful! A glass of wine and your thoughts and enjoy the scenery from the balcony. The room and the bathroom were spacious yet simple. The bed was comfy, the air conditioner worked without a hitch and the shower was great! The restaurant attached had a nice menu and eating was either inside or on a very large deck with umbrellas where you could enjoy the view of the countryside.

In a perfect world, you could get these views without the hills....but the world isn't perfect. The parking was downhill from the front door. You can probably blame Mother Nature a bit for this.

A beautiful property overlooking the vineyards ~15 mins drive from the town centre (convenient since we drove and provided free parking on-site). We happened to drive in around sunset, which offered wonderful views at our balcony - we took the opportunity to try their Riesling. The room was spacious for our group of 4, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with outdoor seating at the terrace.

The room was airy with a large sliding door out onto a balcony, which had a beautiful view over vineyards. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Dinner was a little bland, though the staff were delightful and the courtyard was an excellent place to sit and enjoy the views. The bed was two singles pushed together, but, unfortunately, they constantly separated. Quite uncomfortable when wanting to sleep as a couple.

Had a fantastic short break at the Rebenhof. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Contrary to some reviews I have seen they communicated effortlessly with us in English when it became apparent that our tourist level German was failing.. The restaurant served really tasty appetising food, menus were made available in English as needed. The room was lovely, the views outstanding and the whole experience was relaxing and a perfect end to our road trip. This was our 3rd visit to the Rebenhof and once again it delivered everything as expected. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. I only wish they had a pool to make the place utter perfection for us although there are fantastic municipal pools throughout the Black Forest.

- breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent, with great views from the dining room and adjacent terrace. - the bathroom in the superior room was spacious, new and modern

- we would have preferred a room overlooking the valley rather than onto the back mountain, a choice not clear when booking - our room faced a car parking area - hotel located at the very remote end of town, on the opposite side to where the bus stops - car essential

Just perfect! Cute hotel with lovely views! Clean and comfy room, good AC. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast with many options. Easy to park just outside our room. Good beds, we slept well.

International guests be aware - very difficult to get food on off hours or on Sundays, we arrived in the evening and almost the whole town was closed. Not even anywhere to buy an apple or some dry bread, not even if prepared to drive an hour by car. Suggest the hotel provide a vending machine or offer some small items at reception with basics for such situations.

*Quite location for getaway vacation. *Welcoming staff and special thanks to Sophia Ziegler for good communication and follow up. *Breakfast is good and tasty with the view on vineyards. *Very comfortable beds and clean sheets as well. *AC is perfect and exactly what you need during summer time after long day trip. *Although main parking was full but there was another spot just on the street side.
