The self check-in terminal and online check-in were a new concept to me. It was fun, also the staff via their phone, were very helpful and friendly, even late in the evening. The room was great, it had everything for a short stay. The hotel is also surrounded by supermarkets and there is a restaurant right next door, which offers special breakfast and free delivery for the hotel guests.

The bus going from the nearest railway station (Neufahrn S-bahn) was a little confusing and I initially took the wrong direction. Also for the early risers like me, who had to take an early flight in the morning, that bus starts operating only after 8:30.

perfect spot for an overnight stay on the way back home to Denmark. The hotel is in an industrial area but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Comfy beds, efficient check in (all done without staff). Very good value for money. I forgot my ipad charger in the room and wrote to the hotel and they were kind enough to arrange for it to be sent to me. There were car chargers both at the hotel and a fast Ionity charger at the petrol station next door so a perfect location if you have an electric vehicle.

We stayed in the hotel on the way to Italy for one night and another night on the way home. On the way home the room was very hot and there was no fan or aircon in the room.

Clean,tidy rooms if on the small side but perfect for 1 nights stay. I liked the online check in and having a key code to enter the room. I was contacted 3hrs before the check in time an informed the room was ready and I could check in when I liked.

The room was very hot so the windows had to be left open and unfortunately there was a roof top party going on until 2.30am at the building adjacent to the hotel so I had very little sleep which wasn’t great when I had an early flight to catch the next day.I appreciate it’s not the fault of the hotel. It was a one off, a particularly hot July night,a roof top party at an adjacent building and I had to be up very early but if there was some kind of air cooling in the rooms then it would be possible to close the windows and benefit from the soundproof windows. It hasn’t put me off I have booked to stay again.

Is a very comfortable place for a quick stop while travelling by car. It really close to the Highway, has a free parking lot, fast automatic check-in so no late arrival issues, the rooms are really clean and the beds are comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay or to visit the city of course as it is not at all close to the city centre and the surrounding area is not really nice, but for a stop while travelling is quite a perfect place.

Parking seems to be without any surveillance which could be a concern if you leave all your luggage in the car overnight.

Exactly what I was looking for: after a very late flight a place to crash, get a few hours of sleep and a hot shower ahead of a long trip the following day. Bed comfortable, good shower, very clean and modern - and all of that for about half of the next cheapest alternative (which I am quite certain would have been significantly worse). Exceptional value for money!

The only thing is that as a woman staying there on my own I was a bit concerned about the security of the building. There was a security code that was supposedly needed to enter the building but in my case it was not needed -- I could just walk in at midnight without needing a code.

Exactly what you need for a short stay in Munich and near the airport. Check in with the machine was easy and smooth. Nicely decorated. Good value for money. Parking lot (free).

No kettle or option for hot water to make some tea or coffee. It was a bit hot in the room even with the window open. Some staines on the sheets, although you can tell they were washed. Some noise in the morning from the parking lot.

The hotel is conveniently located within 15min drive from the airport. Although it is not in the center of the town, there are plenty of shops nearby and the center is within a walking distance where you can find different restaurants. The hotel is new with fresh and modern rooms. There is a big screen with cable TV and even a small pad for you to browse the web. I would recommend staying there if you need a good rest before your flight or you are on the move to other place.

There are no personnel available. Bear in mind that the check-in must be done online or with the machine in the lobby. The machine was broken and it was impossible to check-in. However, by calling the number they gave the PIN and it was solved. Small inconvenience, but it didn't ruin my experience.

I had luck on my arrival to met very nice & helpfull personal staff as was not easy for me to check -in on the machine , no reception only new technology check-in. Very clean room , quiet place , Lidl supermarket& restaurant 2 min from hotel .

Check-in on the machine & the systeme to open room door with code was not easy , took me each time few minutes to get my room door open .

The property was very clean, fairly new it had everything you need for a good stay in the hotel and there was even a tablet where you could order breakfast (if you didn’t in advance) and also order some take-outs, which was great. The check-in is really easy and made through booking, so you can come and leave anytime, as you receive a code for the door and you do not really need to adjust your stay to reception working hours (we came when the reception was closing and left while it still was closed). Also hotel has a nice feature of the blinds, which make it very dark inside the room for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is not in the city, so bear in mind that Munchen won’t be reached easily or quickly.

There could have been some water or coffee/tea.

This new hotel is in the industrial area around Munchen Airport. It has parking onsite and some good facilities nearby. You need a code to enter and there's reception staff available some hours of the day. The rooms are well outfitted and with an ensuite bathroom. It was all very clean. There's no breakfast in the hotel but on the same premises is a bistro where you can have -early- breakfast and your dinner too. It's a very good stop for just one overnight between travel.

There are many floors with many rooms and -especially during warm days/nights- it's sometimes noisy with all the windows open and people hanging out in the parking place etc.
