The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well furnished and very clean. It was a great location for the airport and the city centre.
although it says reception is 24/7 this is not the case. It closed at 10pm weekdays and 6pm weekends. The final day the vending machine wasn't working and there was no-one to speak to about it. It was also a problem that some of our party were arriving after 10pm on the first night and the instructions on what to do were only in German.

when we arrived there was no reception, they have limitied opening in weekends. I discovered later that they had sent me an email about it after my booking, but on my holiday I dont spend my time reading through my emailbox. Second, we were not able to get the ventilation system to start in any of our two rooms, and since this was a sunday with no reception there was no one to ask for assistance, we did not feel like calling their "emergency" number just for that.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with an excellent shower and very good air conditioning. The hotel was lovely and quiet, despite being located next to a busy road. Breakfast was also very good indeed with a large selection of items which were regularly replenished.
The hotel was very nice although the decor was a little tired.

Very weak hot water pressure, so shower was even warm and I got cold while washing. Bad option for more than hundred euro per day cost

The breakfast is a buffet…a wonderful selection and very generous. I really enjoyed their coffee. One could tell the preserves were homemade. If one is touring the sights, this is a great location.
To be with our sport team, we had to leave for another hotel which does not match up to yours!
