Staff were very friendly and accommodating, starting with an email request of ours, to reception, to breakfast staff. The mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any hotel I've been to. Breakfast was lovely, and continuously topped up. We travelled at Easter, and our little one found a chocolate bunny at the breakfast table - lovely touch.

The smoke detector periodically emitting a sort of camera flash light might disturb people's sleep - although that seems to be related to the particular model being used (have had this before in other hotels).

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready and willing to assist. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. This is a family run hotel, and the family really cares about its guests. The breakfast is excellent, in a clean, well organized and delicately decorated dining room. Also there the staff is attentive to the guests requests. The location is great - 3 minutes walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the Opera.

This is a family owned & operated hotel & it shows. Staff were very attentive. The service was genuinely outstanding. Tim could be the international example of how to look after guests. Aside from that…room was large & very clean & breakfast very good. As well as parking spaces there are several garages, so vulnerable vehicles like cycles & motorcycles can be secured.

The location was perfect, and most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It seemed like they all were passionate about the place and had been there a long time.

The neighbouring restaurant has a limited menu, alright very nice. Maybe they could expand it a bit?

Everyone that worked the reception desk was super helpful and friendly. They all helped with finding places to go see and experience.

We didn't like that we couldn't stay at the hotel for another night! Nothing negative it just wasn't in our itinerary, or else we would have stayed longer.

The hotel is situated very close to the very center of the town. The room was airy and nicely decorated, the bathroom very clean and equipped with everything one might need. The breakfast was served fast, there was a wide range of choice. The staff was very helpful, especially with sending my toiletry bag, which I left behind in the hotel. I am really grateful for it:)

It was an older hotel but very cozy and everything was to our satisfaction. Parking in the courtyard. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Close to walking into the old part of the city with its palace

The location is very good, walking distance from the city center. Room was big and quiet even that the hotel is located close to the railway station and just next to main road. Staff was very polite and spoke English excellent. At the hotel there is a friendly Italian restaurant staff with a good card of Italian specialties and local beer. Private parking with a reasonable parking charge.

No tea/coffee making facilities, no ironing set in the room. No air conditioning. Average breakfast with no fresh vegetables. No elevator.

Everything really. This is a family run hotel and it shows. The staff were delightful and couldn't have been anymore helpful. When we checked in the young man on reception brought our luggage to the room, even though we were only on the first floor. All Covid protocols were in place and there were several hand sanitizer stations. Breakfast was excellent, served at the table in line with Covid protocols with a choice of tea or coffee, several kinds of ham and cheese, eggs scrambled, fried, hard or soft-boiled.

There wasn't a lift but as we were on the first floor this wasn't an issue. The hotel is rather more than 5 minutes walk from the centre for people of limited mobility.
