Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, leaving us thoroughly impressed with both the accommodations and the staff. Despite the room's cozy size, its design was incredibly efficient, offering ample storage and a perfect blend of style and functionality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern, clean bathroom, along with effective darkening blinds and excellent air conditioning, greatly enhanced our comfort. The staff were always helpful, maintaining a positive, fun, and professional demeanor that made our experience exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't be better—just three stations away from the main station, nestled in the heart of Berlin's vibrant west at Ku'damm. This made exploring the city an absolute delight. We highly recommend a stay here for a memorable visit to Berlin, supported by fantastic service and an unbeatable location. Nice modern rooms with air conditioning which was excellent as it was around 30°c at the time of are stay. The rooms are on the small side but are very well led out so it wasn't an issue. The staff were very helpful and friendly as the allowed us to check in a little early. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was right next to both the train and underground stations as well as been on the edge of Teirgarten park. The hotel also had a nice bar and outside seating area.

The stay was perfect, the rooms were a little on the small side which would only be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but it was perfectly fine for us.

The room was very cosy, with a great view of nice architecture, back side of an old theater. It was really quiet and calm since it was looking to the backside and not main street. The breakfast was also good with varied choice. Overall the atmosphere in hotel was nice. Location is great and well connected (but the surrounding around the Zoo as it is, of course..).

It could have been a bit better cleaned in corners and under the bed, but it didn't bother me much. The hairdryer was a bit broken but still worked perfectly. Also it was a pity that the rooftop terrace was closed exactly those days for some repair works.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The proximity to Zoologischer Garten was really handy for getting about. The roof terrace was a lovely feature, and while we didn’t get to use it, the option of the pool table was fantastic. The highlight, though, was the front of house staff, who were great to get on with and were always super helpful.

Only a couple of minor things. The luggage lockers seemed to be hit-or-miss in getting them to close correctly, with some out of order. Also, housekeeping checked the room a few times before check-out on the last day, while we were still in there.

It was clean and the room was very spacious. All the lights could be controlled from the panel, as well as the A/C. the staff was really friendly and nice, answering to all my questions and requests. It is near the Zoo Station that connects in 20 minutes to the city center.

There are many homeless in the surroundings on weekends, specially Friday and Saturday. Also, the first day there was a school excursion trip of some sort staying at the hotel, and it was impossible to sleep with all the noise. Please control these groups when you have them at the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our group of 6 people. The room was large enough to not feel claustrophobic. The toilet is separate from the shower so people could use both at once. Both the toilet room and the shower room had sinks too. There's even bathrooms on our level before we even get to our room. The bunk beds were comfy and we had no problem storing our backpacks away and hanging up/folding our clothes in their wardrobe. There's a rooftop for hanging out with drinks and a bar in the lobby where we really enjoyed ourselves by getting to know the staff and had great recommendations of where to go and what to see. Checking-in and out was seamless. The location was amazing since it's right next to the metros, a grocery store, a large park with beer gardens, and food around every corner. I couldn't not recommend this place enough.

- Friendly Staff - Good Location: The hotel's location was good, with the Metro station (S and U bahn) located very close by. This made it incredibly easy to reach any destination in the city. Additionally, there was a 24/7 supermarket nearby, and popular shops like Adidas, Zalando, and Nike were within walking distance. - Clean and Cozy Room: Although the room was small, it was kept clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. - Daily Room Cleaning: The hotel provided daily room cleaning services. The towels were changed every day. - Cafe/Bar in lobby

- Lack of Mini Bar: Unfortunately, the room did not have a mini bar, which would have been convenient for keeping drinks or snacks chilled. - Missing Amenities: The hotel did not provide slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, which would have been appreciated for added comfort and convenience. - Confusing Prices: They charged different prices for the same drinks, which was confusing, but it didn't cost us too much.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn which you can use to go anywhere in the city. Also close to some historical and sightseeing attraction areas. The rooms are designed very good for the families with children. Separated closet and bathroom areas give flexibility. There is small garden behind the hotel which you can enjoy your coffee or drink. Simply paid it cost as efficiency and quality. It has an own parking area which is limited but also a big parking building very close which is even cheaper.

In principle there is nothing to be added in this class of hotel. Everything is in line with its class and rate.

The location is perfect, close to Zoologischer Garten train station. There are restaurants and a grocery within 200 meters. Ku'damm shopping and sightseeing is about 500 meters. The rooms are efficiently furnished. Lighting by day is wonderful with the wall of windows. We appreciated the elevator and AC, but the stairs are not steep, so they work well when you are not carrying luggage.

The overall room space was tight compared to similar priced hotels. The breakfast, while very special, cost about twice as much as comparable hotels. This information was not well shared prior to booking, nor anywhere in print once we arrived. In the morning, video announcements said we could have saved money by booking in advance. It was great to see games and puzzles for kids and families, but they had to be rented.

Very friendly staff, clean bed linen,daily change of towels. This is always the first thing I pay attention to when traveling. The room is very compact, ideal for a short stay. Nice view from the window. Downstairs there is a bar and pool tables. A cozy courtyard with a swing for children.Delicious breakfasts for an additional fee.

- Lack of glasses for water. - Absence of disposable shower slippers. - Cleaning was not very thorough, the floor remained dirty. - Our room was located near the elevator and it was noisy, but if there are free rooms, you can move. - Chairs with wobbly legs, so be careful when sitting on them.
