Clean, well-equipped room, bathroom and kitchen. Sound-proofing is good, no noise could be heard from outside or from other rooms. Location is in a great, clean, safe neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops. Further away from city centre, but mass transit (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus) stops are quite close. Staff is very helpful.

Only minor issues. The two single beds could easily slide away from eachother, a latch could be installed to keep them together if needed. The air-conditioning is a bit too loud to be kept on at nights, even on the lowest fan speed, while this wasn't a problem for me, since the weather was good, but on hot days it could be a problem for others. Also it wasn't very effective, which could lead to the same problems on hot days.

The location was about 20-30 minutes from the centre and most tourist attractions via public transportation, but almost everything else was about 15 minute walk to the high end retail shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and interesting clubs. The staff was nice to let us leave our luggage there as we arrived a few hours early, and left a few hours late. Hot water for the shower was always there. The washing machines downstairs require registration via their web app. (Not a fan of downloading apps), but it was super convenient as it let you know when the laundry was done.

The hob/stove took a long time (about an hour) to boil water for soups or pasta. We could reasonably assume frying/scrambling eggs would take a day. So we bought breads from the bakeries a block away for the walk, scenery, and air - the Bread for Life bakery across the street always had a queue - longer on Sundays, and sandwich meats from the Rewe supermarket about 5 minutes away for breakfast.

It is easy to access the hotel by public transport - bus, U-bahn and S-bahn. We had a very quiet room towards the yard, and the room was larger that expected with a large bathroom and a nice closet Nice that the "kitchen" was kind of separate from the room itself. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there was a small dish washer. I only missed a dish cloth (brought one myself), a coffee maker and a teapot (brought one myself). In addition to a bed that easily was transformed into two beds there was a table and two chairs in the room, which was nice. In the lobby there is a large coffe/chocolate/warm water-machine. There were a supermarked close by and a good baker across the street in addition to many restaurants.

No teapot and coffee machine in the room. I had contacted them, so I brought my own tea pot, and my friend brought her own instant coffee.

It's a real apartment, with a separate kichinette and generous room. Very well placed near all transport lines (U, S, bus) in a good neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. They provide parking for 20 Eur, which seems a lot, but you can”t find free parking in Berlin residential areas unless you are a berliner. Helpful staff, free cofee 24/7 (and of good quality), clean. Do not hesitate if it matches your budget. We spent 4 nights for a city tour and it was great.

Can not find any issue.

The room was very well equipped. There was a small kitchen with lots of useful stuff - a microwave, oven, fridge, all silverware, plates, cups, corkopener, and even a dishwasher. I did not use most of that stuff as I stayed only two nights. But all these might be very useful for a family with children. In the lobby, next to the reception, there was a coffee machine where a few kinds of coffee were available 24 hoirs a day - all free. I took a cup from my room, went downsrairs to get coffee, and brought coffee to my room. This is very convenient, I liked it. The staff also allowed me to stay a few hours longer, beyond the check-out time. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I liked everything, it is a good hotel.

We stay in Berlin for 11 days, almost all of them with temperatures over 30 degrees, and some days at 35. The air conditioning didn't work, or didn't work properly. We ask at the person in reception, and the only solution that they offered us was a FAN. We were there, every day, with the only help of a small fan. The air conditioning is listed in the Booking reservation hotel characteristics, and there is an important complement. A suggestion: In the garbage room there are OK recycling containers, but it would be nice to have recycling bins in the guest’s rooms.

Everything I requested was made available to me. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was located exactly where I requested too! The location was a few steps away from the Kudamm with transportation readily available as well as shops and markets.

There were a few very hot days - the air conditioner could not cool the room adequately. However, we were offered a fan which afforded us some good air circulation. I think next time I will request a north facing room in the summer rather than a south facing one.

The rooms are very nice, big and above all spotless clean! Shout out to the housekeepers! Our room was 510 and was PERFECTLY clean. The location was posh, plenty of cafes, restaurants, the most famous boutiques nearby; very quiet during evening and night time. I would definitely come back for all the reasons above but it would be nicer to have better people behind the front desk.

The receptionist on our arrival. I think she was Italian or at least could speak Italian. She was unfriendly, she barely talked to us , she didn’t explain us anything (breakfast, directions to get to our room, facilities, not mentioning about check out time, how the Wi-Fi worked, etc). She kinda ruined our arrival. On the other hand, the lady on our departure was nice and explained us few things.

Quiet location, very easy to reach by public transport. It was good to have staff available at all times on reception, so I felt both comfortable and safe. Nearby shops and supermarket supplied all I needed - it was great to have a good kitchen. It was also good to have breakfast provided and access to hot drinks whenever required. Bathroom good, bed good. Definitely my choice for further visits to Berlin.

Lovely staff always willing to help as much as they could. Free tea and coffee that actually isn't bad. Location is very nice in a beautiful part of the city, although a bit further from the eastern touristic center, but still full of amazing content. There is even a gym, which we didn't have time to use, but it's included in price.

There was some weird noise from the bathroom during the night (like cracking) so you have to shut the door in order to sleep, and window in the kitchen has no blinds so the light goes straigth in the eyes because bed is nearby (and also people from other building can probably partially see you through that small window). But it's really not a big deal.
