This hotel offers good value for the price. While it's somewhat distant from the city center and major tourist hubs, it is reasonably accessible. The main train station is about an hour's walk away, but there’s a smaller train station (S-Line) just 10 minutes away and a metro station (U Line) 15 minutes away. The hotel itself is an older building but maintains a pleasant appearance. On the brighter side, breakfast was quite enjoyable, with a wide selection of snacks and the thoughtful touch of serving an entire pot of coffee. Greate place for new year eve, as it far from main loud zones of the city.

However, there are a few drawbacks. The wooden windows and insufficient heating made the room feel a bit chilly at night. Additionally, the shower water was warm but not hot when used around 10 a.m.

The staff was great and really friendly. We'd had a very early flight so by the morning when we arrived, the day had already been very long. We got our room before official check in and that was very nice, a life saver. Hotel looked nice and was in a pretty neighborhiod with good public transport options.

Unfortunately the pillows in the room were bad and that ruined the experience a little bit, even though the bed itself was really comfortable.

Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Good location near S-bahn Savigny and U-Bahn Kudamm. Ku damm just round the corner

Some of the young staff not very helpful and a bit nonchalant. Couldn't help us call a taxi last day I don't have the number". Also not very warm welcome "check in is att 15.00 put your bags there and leave us alone" sort of when we arrived after a 18 hour overland journey

We expected continental breakfast as it was written in the summary of our booking. After we arrived they told us we can ask for the breakfast in the morning but when we asked in the morning they told us they won't serve continental breakfast at all because of staff problem. Guess it can't be typical for 4stars hotel...

The room was comfortable, with a lot space for the room and the bathroom. It has a big closet which helps to have the space neat. I got surprise because there were a static bicycle in the room, however I did not have the opportunity to use it.

The sink and the bath was not well clean. They have black spot of moho.

The lights in the room and bathroom are crazy and impossible to manage. Too many of them! I ended up just using the light next to the bed and the hanging light because I could turn them on manually. The electric shade on the outside of the window was really hard to use. Also, the rugs need to a good cleaning or to be replaced!

I booked the hotel over others that were similar because I noticed the rooms in the photos had a bath. When I checkin in our two rooms did not have baths. The staff could not change our room on the first night but changed us to a room with a bath for the second and third night of our stay. They were very helpful.

A nice hotel in a decent location - circa 10 minutes away from s bahn or u bahn. Staff is great and pretty chill. Room is not exactly spacious, but will do. You can also store your bag after checking out for the day.

The light for my particular room at the entrance didn't seem to work, but that's a one off it seems.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. The thoughtful touch of a nice goody bag was much appreciated—thank you!

The room was extremely cold upon arrival and internal heating system was not sufficient. I had to request from the reception. Shower could have been much better.

A coffee/tea maker in the room will be a good addition to all other facilities.
