Our Deluxe Junior Suite was excellent. Spacious and well designed with comfy beds. Use of the free Sauna was a big bonus and 'pull factor' for us, which just the tonic after a day of walking and sightseeing. The Hotel is close to great shops, restaurants and public transport. It also sits on the edge of a pleasant residential area, which has great Cafes with attractive outside seating areas. The area also feels safe to walk around, particularly late at night.

On a minor point, but it is important, the curtains in the room we stayed in need their pleating 'let out' so they close properly. We had gaps at the sides, or in the middle, so early morning light was let in, which woke us too early, but we did not allow this to detract from a great stay in this marvellous Hotel. The Staff were always very polite and helpful to us. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a 1st Class choice of hot and cold food! We will be back!

Hollywood Media hotel is a decent four-star hotel with a good location. It is one of the best value-for-money accommodations we have had in the near past - it is exactly as advertised - well maintained with good facilities. Room is large, clean and well equipped (fridge, coffee maker, toiletries...). S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are within walking distance. You can also walk to one of Berlin's shopping areas. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Each room is dedicated to one actor which is a nice touch. There is no room service, but it is clearly advertised. Staff is great and very helpful.

Bed is large but has two separate matrasses which move so you can end up in between them. Not a big deal, but just to be fair.

I particularly appreciated the size of the room, the excellent location and the attention to the daily needs of the guests, e.g. the equipment of the rooms with many useful gadgets (shoe sponge, sewing kit, etc.).

I may have been unlucky, but I never saw the staff at the entrance really smile. I recommend that you always provide slippers. I would also like to point out that the temperature in the bathroom is not pleasant due to the internal air intake. Finally, the soundproofing of the window frames is not perfect, although the side exposure is not very noisy.

Located close to the city center (maybe 3 km away) and positioned very close to bus lines and S-Bahn that can get you there easily, the hotel has very nice rooms, cleanliness is not a problem, and surprisingly quiet, given the fact that it's next to a boulevard. Every room has the name of a famous actor /actress and the whole theme of the hotel is nicely built around the Cinema and Hollywood feel. Staff was nice and helpful, and there is also private parking available if you plan to come by car, but you don't want to park on the street like us. The Fotos on the internet with the hotel are 10/10 with reality

Nothing to complain, totally recommend

Our room was Huge! Being an older hotel has that advantage, even though there is an old building scent. The Hollywood motif in each room was cute, and the lobby designs were fun. The staff was friendly and assisted me with getting parking both with street parking and in house underground parking. The location was great with Lidl store right outside, and a variety of restaurants and brand shops along the main street. We felt safe walking around the area even late at night.

Prior to arrival, I sent messages and inquiries to the property, which did not generate any response.

Location was just great - lot of dining places and shops around. Also, it was well connected to the needed public transportation points. Since I traveled with family and one of the target points was Zoo - I was super happy it was just ~ 13-15 min walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast definitely exceeded all my expectations - it was excellent! Service was very good, everyone was very polite and friendly.

I would have preferred 2 separate beds that are separate from each other. There were 2 beds, but I assume due to the size of the room it was not possible to put them really apart, so the beds were together and at the end it was one big bed.

Lovely lobby, quiet and clean corridors. Friendly staff and cafes close to the location. The bathroom was nice and the room had enough space

My initial room had issues with electricity and I had to wait for a room change at midnight, it went smoothly though but I would have expected a breakfast discount or sth as an apology. Minibar was empty and the water pressure in the shower weak. Something was humming quite loud outside the second floor windows so it wasn't a good night sleep. Also the key card stopped functioning before the check out time at 12 (!!), resulting in me almost missing my train while running around looking for housekeeping to help me open my room

Really clean and fun theming. It was easy to check in and out and everything worked well. The air on worked and the room was quiet and very clean. My friend used the sauna and said it was great. It’s a fun theme which add excitement to the stay. The area around the hotel was nice and it was easy to get to the centre.

Would have been nice to have some more coffee/milk in the room but that was a very minor thing

- Location. The location is very comfortable, just 5-10 minutes walk from the station. - Room. Very clean and generally comfortable room. - Delicious, varied international breakfast.

- There may be a small remark about sound insulation. Sometimes in the bathroom, you could hear the sound of water from another room and the sound of turning off the light (for some reason, when the light is turned on or off, the shield on the wall makes a sound). But in general, it didn't significantly affect the comfort.
