It is a great place! The staff is really kind and joyful. The breakfast is delicious: I totally love the croissants 🥐, the coffee, the cereal, the bread, the honey and jams… everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the greatest thing of all is its location, because it is really near to the Wittenbergplatz station, which connects you to almost everything in the city. ♥️

It woulb be very helpful to have a wardrobe, specially for those of us who are staying several days 🙂

Great location, right by the metro. Great breakfast, with many different options. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they stored our luggage after check out for no additional charge. We stayed with our 2 year old and it was very safe and comfortable. One of the rooms was thematic and the theme was rock climbing...so awesome to have a climbing wall and a rope right next to your bed! Very happy with our stay!

We loved our stay and have no complaints. If anything I would recommend to people coming in from central station to get a taxi instead of uber, as it was about 10 euro cheaper!! otherwise, the metro is right next door and a minute walk from the hotel.

The location is definitely a plus. Breakfast also. Polite and smiling staff.

After entering the room, it turned out that the soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink are empty or broken. I reported this fact to the reception but it was not fixed. I had to buy shampoo at the shop around the corner. Also, the floor was dirty/dust under the bed and on the bedside lamps. Inconvenient contacts. In addition, the corridor is too acoustic (the door closes loudly and makes noise throughout the corridor).

I am not usually a problem guest, but during this stay we needed more help: an extra blanket, a needle, information, etc. The staff were helpful with everything. Breakfast was correct: several kinds of juice, several kinds of food, also fruit, vegetables. The staff at breakfast were also nice and smiled and helped us when we were having trouble with the coffee. (Tip: Don't go for the coffee machine that is visible, go for the one that is harder to find, there is also a delicious espresso :-)) The lift was fast and quick. Check in and check out was also fast. It was possible to turn off the lights from the bed. The accommodation is close to Bahnhof Zoo (and yet, it was very quiet): it's three stops from there, and you can get to Bahnhof Zoo by taking the S9 train from the airport. Bus 100 takes you to the historic quarter, but there is also a metro nearby. Public transport is also good at night. There is a grocery store (Edeka) on the nearby corner, which is open late. There is a good restaurant nearby (Berlinchen), and there are lots of shops t the Breitscheidsplatz.

The bed wasn't comfortable enough for me, and the shower pipe leaked a little.

Super bright and clean room. No facilities inside the room but downstairs has a communal microwave and oven so you can at least have heat and eat meals. Drinks and snacks also available to purchase which was handy Super close to the subway station, shopping and a grocery store just across the road. Lots of cute bars and restaurants walking distance too

The shower isn’t in the bathroom, it opens straight out into the bedroom and has a glass door so no privacy there - make sure you are close with whoever you are bunking with

Location, bakery across the road, Edeka around the corner. Subway viewable from front door, 5 min walk if that. Cross the square to your left and get to the main rd and your on Kufurstendamm with Europa centre and blue church about 5-10 min walk. Numerous restraints and food kiosks in the immediate vacinity. Turn right out of the hotel walk to the end of the street and across the road is the Aquarium entrance to the zoo.

I personally can't fault this hotel, it's clean, tidy, cheap and well located! If I had to say something negative, maybe a bit more space in the rooms?

The room and bathroom were clean; the room had good illumination (natural and artificial), the bed was comfortable and they storage our suitcases after check out all day with no extra charge

Sometimes the room temperature was too high and even when we try to regulate the thermostat, we couldnt make it work successfully. Don´t know it it was broken or it was probably just our lack of knowledge on how to use it, we did not ask to the reception, so besides that everything was great.

Hotel is very clean, including the rooms and toilet/bathroom. Good location right next to Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn station, and not far from Zoologischer Garten station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

Rooms are, as expected, pretty basic, but this isn't much of a negative as it was still a comfortable stay. Breakfast was priced at €10 which I thought was overpriced, so didn't buy it. The bakery over the road can get you a pastry/cake and coffee/tea for much less than that.

- big, comfy bed with double mattress protectors - hotel and surroundings felt very safe - grocery store, bakery, U-Bahn station all in less than 5 minutes walk - private parking 15€/night (BEWARE - limited spots available and no reservations. There's probably 50 spaces for both Ibis hotels, and when we arrived, there was only one regular space left!)

the shower smelled of sewage, but nothing a quick lüften won't fix.

Excellent location, near to the U-Bahn and plenty of food stalls and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful and had no problems communicating in English after a long day of travelling.

The room was not the most comfortable (although for the price this is maybe to be expected). Would have been nice for more than one small pillow per person to be provided. AC was available but didn't seem to really work that well - it certainly didn't help us cope with the hot summer nights!
