Location was very convenient for me with the u Bahn station being a short walk away and lots of restaurants close-by. Neighbourhood seemed to be okay too. The room was nice, decent size and cozy bed, spacious bathroom. There is also free WiFi for visitors. Breakfast was also good, not too big, but still plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted good and was fresh that I tried. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was overall clean, but I did find a few hairs on the floor that weren't mine, not a big deal, it happens. Also it was a bit dark in the room, the lights are very dim and the socket didn't seem to work unless the lights we're on.

Almost everything was very good. One of not many places with free parking under shop nearly, friendly staff, good location (near tunnel to Žikov district uphill and metro station few meters from hotel), walkable (or only few minutes by metro) distance to the oldtown and sightseeing places. Small but fast elevator. Bathtube in the room etc... Breakfast was also good to start the day wuth more energy.

I guess I was not lucky, but my room was almost first near the staircase and elevator and in the morning it was too loud for me to sleep (elevator sounds, people talking). Doors was not so good with soundproof and it needs some updates I guess. Also in the morning, before checkout, hotel staff members were fixing the railings in the stairwell, hammering and using an electric screwdriver. I dont know why to do it before checkout while some people are resting, but after a long journey, I couldn't get the maximum amount of sleep and be properly rested. It was the only one minus in my stay.

The hotel is very well located, particularly if you are a Gay Traveller as it is very central to the Gay Area. It's close to some great restaurants, KaDeWe and the U-Bahn station at Wittenberg Platz. My room was a decent size, the bed was good and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. A mix of cold and hot food which was of a high standard and well presented. I was genuinely very pleased with my stay here. It was my first stay at the Artim and I would definitely return.

The only negative, and this is minor, is that the hotel has no other "facilities" as such on site. But this obviously down to the slightly smaller size of the hotel compared to most other chain hotel. Things like gyms, fitness centres etc are all available locally though.

Our room was generously spacious with tall ceilings, nice and warm and had good facilities such as a mini fridge, television, wardrobe and mirror. The bathroom was equally well equipped and had a big shower. The hotel is perfectly located on the opposite end of the street from the bars and clubs, so there was very minimal noise heard from outside. The reception staff were always very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had, and the on-site restaurant served delicious indo-mexican food. The hotel is within a few minutes walk to the Wittenbergplatz underground station that connects you to the rest of Berlin very easily and there are ample shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood on a whole is vibrant and safe.

The housekeeping team did a great job, but we did notice that our bed was only made tidy everyday and that the sheets were not changed during our stay. Also, while the bed itself was very comfy, the pillows were lumpy and not great to sleep on. The light in the entranceway to the room was very dim, so this made it quite difficult to see yourself in the mirror there.

I really liked the hotel. It was very professional looking and the staff were friendly, and were able to speak English. The room was very spacious, modern, professional and the shower facilities were top notch. Overall I was very happy.

There's no air conditioning at the hotel, and we asked for an iron and didn't get it. Otherwise though it was fine. The property does have very large windows so you can let air in that way and the rooms do have a fan and a mini fridge, but on one of the nights it was still really warm.

Staff was not helpfull and extremely rude. We got only 3 pillows while traveling with 5 and 8 years children. After asking for fourth pillow saff responded there is no and this is"not their problem" how our 5 years oldshould sleep. Other 3 small kids were rudely asked to leave the reception by the staff but appearently they were staying in the hotel, just camly waiting for parents. Extremely unsatisfying experience with reception sraff! No hot water in tap.

Awesome breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Perfectly appointed.

The shower doors in the bathroom didn’t shut so water went everywhere.

The hotel is located in a queer district of Berlin, so we felt safe. There was an easy connection to all areas by the nearby metro station and many buses. Several bars, cafes and restaurants are around the corner as well. The quality of this 4 star hotel and its services was satisfied. We got the impression that attention was given to details, and this is something nice to see and experience. Our room was quite spacious, modern, quiet, clean, with a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub, and daily cleaning service. Everything was working perfectly, while we have to mention the very comfortable beds with the good mattresses. Breakfast was standard but sufficient. We will be happy to be back :)

Slippers were not included in the room which in my experience is unusual for a 4 star hotel. The reception provided us with slippers but they say only premium rooms get some. Given the fact that we paid almost 200 euro for a night I would say they could be have been provided without negotiations. The elevator was indeed slow, as other reviews say, but it was not inconvenient.

Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome and greeted us every morning and when we returned in the evenings. The breakfast had a great selection and set us up for the day, and the hotel was in the perfect location for sightseeing.

As noted in the description the hotel does not have air con which made it rather uncomfortable in the heat of summer. The floor of the room was not particularly clean with a lot of dirt under the rug and I don't think it was swept during our stay.
