Excellent breakfast and friendly staff in a non-chain hotel with more personal services. The room was well lit and had good desk space for working. There are many restaurant and shops close to the hotel and it is near an S Bahn station. The location was very good for attending a conference at the City Cube conference venue, but not so good for central Berlin.

Very small improvements would be to ensure that housekeeping staff pay attention to the privacy notice on the room door. I was working in my room on a couple of days and staff entered the room when the privacy notice was displayed outside. Also, at breakfast sometimes crockery and cutlery was removed very swiftly after eating and before I was going to use it for more.

the hotel has a great location for visits to Berlin. the city centre can be reached by a variety of public transport options. the size of the room was just enormous. all kinds of shops and restaurants right around the hotel.

breakfast is €20, which - especially considering the number of options around the hotel - is waay too expensive. parking costs €21 per day but parking on the street is free (if you manage to find an empty spot). it was quite hot in the room and staff explained that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and set to 23C. however leaving the windows open is not an option either due to the noise.

Very clean, big and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with very kind staff. Hotel a bit far from the city center but with perfect connection with public transport. It was safe and calm (a bit of noise from the street but it's normal). Supermarket, coffe places, restaurants and shops around. Bus stop, just next to the hotel. Highly recommended for families.

A bit confusion on check in with information that I can't pay with debit card - only cash or credit card. In the end payment was just done by debit card without problems ;)

Breakfast is very good but sometimes you just want something that is simple and therefore do not feel that to pay so much when all you have is a coffee and a pastry it is is expensive

Sadly I did ask for a room that faced the rear but for some reason was given a room that faced the front, however at least it did have a balcony, I would have complained if this was not so.

Excellent, helpful and polite staff. The room was super clean and just what I needed. Can recommend this place for your next trip to Berlin.

Amazing hotel, clean, nice location with the bus stop nearby, supermarkets, cafes - everything is near. Clean room, big windows with a nice view and quiet big rooms.

Due to the necessity of traveling to another city, asked for return of the charge of the last night and got refuse although I plan to stay at the same hotel after return to Berlin after few days. No discount for the further stay was also proposed.

Very comfortable

The water in the shower were very unstable. The whole shower was in lower standard.

Kurfürstendamm is nearby, but city center is a bit distant if traveling on foot. Very cosy restaurant (Das Haus der 100 Biere) next door to try delicious schnitzels and German beer. Parking on nearby streets is free of charge, but watch for parking restricting signs. Staff is friendly. Once asked for a kettle to the room we got one.

The room itself was pretty spacious, but layout of a bathroom is very strange, having a semi-transparent glass on a side of a wall making it not very private. Bed was OK, but very thin pillows (to be bend in half) were certainly not. Very noisy outside in the night.

We were attending a conference at the CityCube and this location was convenient for that as well as getting to the many restaurants nearby for the evening.

Located at Ku’Damm, near shops and restaurants. Basic rooms, but at a very good price. The hotel offers parking in the basement, a big plus when one travels by car. Breakfast is good both during weekends (back garden) and working days at the upper floor - with great view over the city. The breakfast staff is extremely friendly, and the chef really makes an effort to deliver quality food. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay in Germany. The breakfast team is a good example that personal qualifications is everything for a hotel. We will definitively stay here again.

Extremely slow check - in - the worst ever. Fuzz with rooms and prices. However, it got sorted out the day after. The hotel is a bit far from Mitte and famous attractions, needs a short walk even to the U-Bahn.
