We loved our stay! Everything was amazing! Our room did not feel like a hotel room. It felt like visiting friends. That feeling continued with the staff, from the lovely lady that cleaned our room to the people that worked reception and the restaurant, which served gourmet breakfast all day. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the shower had great pressure. We booked a room with a/c, which worked very well. The room also had a ceiling fan. Charlottenburg is great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes to pick from. We walked everywhere from there, but we also love walking. There is a taxi stand in front of the hotel and a subway station near by. It was a perfect stay!

The only things that were not perfect, was the light in the bathroom. It was not easy to put make up on or shave. It would have been great to have had a second mirror in the room.

Great location! Walking distance to three railway stations and buses out the front. Downstairs is an all day breakfast restaurant called Benedict's. the food was great and people queued out the door waiting for a table. If you are staying at the hotel, they will call your room when a table is available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the rooms are accurate too. It is an easy walk to lots of different foods. I recommend a quick walk across the road for a cheap and delicious bite to eat at Falafel Jacobs! Jacob was very friendly and the falafels were fresh and tasy!

The WiFi signal was not strong on our floor. Better downstairs though.

Room was nice with good natural light, good amount of space. Bed was very comfortable. Nice having a table and chairs. When we had to be moved to a different hotel due to issues with heating/hot water, the reception staff handled the situation very well and we were happy with the outcome.

Would have been good to have a bottle opener in the room but not a big problem as reception desk was able to help. Tea sachets were not replaced each day.

best pancakes I've had, most comfortable bed - slept so well, really quiet neighbourhood helped with the sleep too. cafe had fresh pastries and cakes made on site - delicious and the best coffee too. needed to print a couple of pages and staff only too pleased to help with this. really friendly helpful staff. great customer service. fun room with ball and basket and record player.

no fridge in room, corner shower was a bit tight for a comfortable shower & shower head kept dropping but otherwise all good.

Very comfortable, nice design

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. I am traveling with my daughter and we wanted two separate beds. According to booking.com, the room I booked had “2 beds”. When we arrived, we were only given one bed because we only had “2 people.” After some back and forth they moved us to a nicer room with AC but still only one bed. Mostly I was disappointed with booking.com because I booked this hotel because of the second bed.

Our stay was delightful. The room was big, well decorated and so clean it felt like we were the first to use the facilities! Location is excellent and the staff very friendly and keen to help out. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. (Basket on top of the bed was a great touch we surprisingly used it a lot...! )

Had a bit of a struggle with the terrace door but wasnt too much of a bother.

I travelled with my daughter and we had a lovely break at the hotel. We loved the quirky touches, particularly the basketball net and record player. We also loved having breakfast at the bakery and chatting to Sarah, who gave us some great suggestions of places to explore. We ate in the restaurant one evening and had an amazing full English breakfast with cocktails. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and we would strongly recommend the hotel.

Very cozy and aesthetic apartment. The commute was very easy from here. The bus stop and ubahn were at walking distance. Lots of options to eat nearby. The hotel restaurant has very good breakfast and also happy hours. The check-in was smooth and didn't have any trouble accessing the apartment.

The TV could be replaced with a new one. We couldn't watch anything of our choice as we were unable to cast movies or any songs. There was only an option to watch the local German channels.

Great decor and very comfy bed. The room was much larger than expected and had a nice view. The staff also left a very comfortable bed for my dog as well as a water and food bowl. We had a great stay.

The bathroom shower was a little dark as there wasn't a direct light in the shower area, but this wasn't a big deal. There also wasn't any coffee machine in the room, although there was some nice tea and very nice cups provided.

The gentleman at the reception , who was there during the renovation was especially nice und zuvorkommend. Everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating.

If you’d offer a price reduction for staying 7 days or a Gutschein for the next stay. I know Benedict is a separate entity, but it would be good to give hotel guests seating priority or reservations.
