the location was really nice to where i wanted to go…. The Staff were really helpful …Everything was functional .

I wish there were shower curtain to prevent the dripping water after a shower

- nice room - clean - well located - friendly staff - easy access with local transport - the hace eco friendly policies

- the beds were noisy - the wall door was getting smashed very loud - the toilet was pretty and clean but small

Excellent location next to a wonderful Italian restaurant (always fully booked but happy to serve take away + closed on Monday unfortunatelly - then I suggest Indian restaurant a few hundred meters further and to the right). Extremelly helpful staff. Cheap beer at the reception. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed and shower (dual battery and not leaking doors!). Typical German breakfast with everything I need: orange juice, coffee, eggs + beacon. Private parking spots (only 2, need to reserve upfront). And last but not least reasonable price.

Wi-fi disconnects shortly once in a while so you better hotspot to play D2R in hardcore mode. ;)

Location is good. 10 minutes to the S and U, and to the Rewe and dm. 15minutes to the mall. Coffee shops and bars also within a15-20minute walking distance. The staff was nice,polite and attentive. Small,clean and pretty quiet place. Tasty continental breakfast. For us it was enough for 3-4 hours till the dinner.

Not enough places for 3 people to hang and put clothes, just one chair,the lights in the room are not bright enough so it’s pretty dark before the sunrise and at the evening,bedside table with a little bit more space will be nice

I loved the hospitality and the clear instructions given by the host about everything. Bedroom was pretty basic but clean. It had the necessary. Breakfast was decent and the Irish guy was extremely funny (I am really sorry for not remembering the name). Location is also okay, it required a 10mim walk to the closest public transportation. But it was very close to an awesome italian restaurant (and I am Italian so...)... I recommend it!

The bedroom did not have enough plugs to keep your phone in charge close to you during the night. There was no plant based milk for breakfast, weird given that I saw a lot of vegan alternatives everywhere in Berlin.

Quick and easy check-in. The receptionist was really helpful. The room and the linen were clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for those attending an event at Mercedes-Benz Arena. It only takes around 10 minutes to get there from this place. All in all, I'd definitely stay there again.

While there were 4 of us, we found only 2 linen and towel sets, which was inconvenient, of course. We didn't have time to check that upon our arrival, as we were rushing to a concert, and got back late after it.

Room was spacious and clean; staff was friendly; a simple but tasty breakfast was available each morning. The lobby was comfortable and drinks were available for purchase throughout the day. Good wifi. The hotel is in a great location and overall we had a fantastic stay.

No AC, but a fan was provided and made the heat bearable at night. Only 1 chair in the room.

Staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The fridge was a bonus as the weather was so hot during our visit. We took our own travel kettle but you can borrow one from reception. Breakfast is good and very reasonably priced. Great location on a fairly quiet street and convenient for the Mercedes-Benz Arena and East Side Mall with great public transport links

We loved the location as it was really close to the Mercedes Benz arena. It was close to transport and easy to reach from the airport. We didn’t spend very much time in the hotel other than to sleep. It was lovely and quiet and the shower was excellent

There was almost no room down the side of the bed which was next to the window so my partner could not easily get out without disturbing me.

Refreshingly great staff and service. I got robbed in Berlin, lost my cash and belongings, and Mr. Morgan went out of his way to help me contact my embassy and print posters to hang around the station where it happened. He even generously offered me a low season rate in a busy weekend. Marie the lady at reception makes you feel at home and Fergal made check-in seamless. I will be sure to return here on my next visit. Super clean, excellent location, and good value for money.
