Great location, short walking distance to S- and U-Bahn and bus as well as shops (local shops, East Side Mall) and concert venues (Mercedes-Benz-Arena, Verti Music Hall). Very nice room, quite spacious.

It was quite loud during the night and early morning. There weren't enough power sockets, the window was a bit hard to close for a small person like me and the floor besides the bed was a little dusty.

The room was clean, the windows were facing the courtyard, so I did not hear disturbing sounds from the main street. It's not a 5 star hotel, but everything is there for a comfortable stay, since you don't need to go to Berlin to sit in a room, right. The street near the hotel is lively, with bars, the Uber Arena, and the Berlin Wall, everything is 5 minutes away on foot. To the TV tower, I walked for about 35-40 minutes, but I'm used to walking so it's nothing for me. Nevertheless, the hotel is close to the city trains, it is stations to Alexanderplatz.

Once I let the phone charge in the socket in the toilet, but the socket worked badly, the phone did not charge at all, I switched the charger to another socket, it worked

I liked the big windows, two of them could even open fully! Was wonderful for getting fresh air into the room. The room was on the back of the hostel, so it didn't face the street and was fairly quiet during the night. The staff members were very friendly.

The body wash is outside of the shower because it's 2in1 for hands and body, the placing is not thoughtful. It's a bit noisy in the evening, I suppose the walls aren't that thick. But it wasn't that loud. Due to the room facing the backyard, I was woken up by the trash trucks (?) on the neighbouring property, but that's nothing the hostel could change, just something to be aware of, if you're a light sleeper.

The rooms were spacious and cozy. The room I was in came with a wash hand basin which is convenient for brushing your teeth before sleep, I guess. The staff were really friendly and the lounge after entering is a great place to relax. Location is surprisingly convenient too, right next to a major metro station in Berlin as I'd learn close to a lot of the nightlife, as well as some decent kebab joints. There's ample amount of chargers nearby too, just make sure you have a travel adapter handy if you're coming from outside the EU.

Showers were unlike any I've seen before, they have a push operation which on release causes the water to shut-off, this leads to what can only be described as the most annoying shower experience ever, where I had to like awkward lean against the shower push button in order to wash my hair well. I don't know if this sort of shower mechanism is common in Germany or elsewhere on the continent, but it really rustles my jimmies - in fairness the shower cubicle has a place to put your clothes and dry stuff without water possibly getting to them which is an often-overlooked design consideration, so kudos for that.

The hostel is lovely, well taken care of, aestheticaly pleasing with its minimalistic and industrial design. It is located in a really good location, just opposite of Warschauer Strasse. The staff are super friendly and the beds were comfortable with 1 charging slot located with the bed right next to a small shelf. The dorm room is very spacious, with a large table in the middle and lockers tostore personal belongings. The bathrooms are located close to the dorm room and the each shower has a small shelf to hold stuff on them. The WIFI conection was really good throughout the whole hostel! Overall, the hostel is excellent with a lovely lobby where one can chill and drink. Looking forward to my next stay there!

The shower caps very old and you need to stay holding it while having a shower for water to come out. The showers should be replaced with modern ones

Good for meeting people, nice room with mirrors and a sink, felt safe as the main door could only be entered by those with a room keycard, nice outside area to have a drink at, 24hr reception, very close to cool bars and clubs, close to the wall

There was only one kitchen for the whole building (which had multiple floors with many rooms) and the kitchen was therefore either very busy or there was no cutlery/plates/pans as others were using them - cooking was not easy Not a complaint or dislike but a warning to other travellers: if you are on a room facing the main street it is extremely noisy e.g music until 7am

One of the best hostels price-quality wise in Berlin. Nice rooms, clean facilities and excellent location. Close to several public transport options, the East Side Gallery, a lot clubbing options (Club OST, Berghain, RAW-Gelände & more) and several nice neighbourhoods. The hostel is very large so meeting new people might be a bit more difficult compared to smaller hostels, but should be fine due to the nice sitting & socialiing areas on the ground floor. We booked a private 4-bed room, which had a private toilet and shower too, which we didnt expect but was a nice surprise.

Still a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in Berlin tbh, especially with such a good location. Kitchen isn't open 24/7; closes at 22:00.

We got a private double room and it was great. The hostel overall was clean, modern and in a GREAT location. Within walking distance of SO MANY bars and restaurants. The metro/train station and tram stop are all within 5 min walk. Our room was similarly clean, modern, and spacious. Our private bathroom was clean and equipped with the basics (towels, soap, shampoo, etc). I'm not sure where the people who complained about the "weird" vibes at the hostel got that from. Everyone there seemed to be young travelers and the courtyard got quite filled up at night with people having a beer before exploring Berlin. We didn't use the communal kitchen nor the dormitories so maybe that's where the bad reviews are from?

No complaints, we had a blast.

This hostel has a great location, and I like that the dormitory rooms have a lot of space. It is nice that they offer breakfast, though I did not take any because I wanted to try eating in the local cafes. I appreciated the kitchen for the fridge. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly.

The only thing that makes the review a 9 instead of a 10: The showers were interesting... the water jet is so powerful that it almost hurts..! The push button to activate the shower only operates for a few seconds too, which makes it difficult to have an efficient shower. I would recommend reducing the pressure and increasing the operation time per push

Great, converted factory offering lots for young and family travelers. Our 4 young kids (btwn 6-13) loved the little-known basement game room, lobby billiard snd kicker/foosball tables. Awesome! Lication across the street from a major metro hub and the seminal Kreuzberg - Friedrichshain cultural axis. Rooms are solid and allegedly soundproofed

Everything was cool except our room had boogers stuck to the ceiling tiles and graffiti written under the bunk beds. Also, some of the young staff who were notably tired of dealing with too many, eh, young people. One person in particular seemed like a manager but his arrogance (no eye contact, too busy to deal w/ even older guests) was insulting and left a stain on this place for me.
