Quite a comfortable place to stay for not too long. Plenty of room. The small kitchen has everything you could need. The location is quite relative, but there are public transportation stations nearby (so it is not a problem). A pleasant surprise was the cleaning in the room. Overall a great place!

The shower stall does not have a sufficiently tight door, which can cause water to leak. Not enough supplies for self-cleaning (mop or broom did not hurt if you stay more than a couple of days).

Location is perfect. Self check-in & check-out makes it very comfortable.

There were some earwig in our room, it could be cleaner, bed sheets were pretty old without good quality. They could clean the room more often.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the shower was prone to overflow. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay.

The location is excellent with access to public transport S-bahn and tram. Nearby Rewe supermarket and DM store. Alexander platz is only 12 minutes by tram. I like easy self check-in and check-out. The neighborhood is safe. There is an adjacent restaurant, however we haven't tried it. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of kitchen qppliances and utensils. Elevator access to upper floors. There is free internet with satisfying speed.

There is no floor drain at the toilet. So, you can't keep it dry and clean. The surrounded is a bit noisy. However, the glass window insulation is good enough to keep the noise away. There is no AC. The mattress is comfy while the pillow is not. The lighting is not good for reading, working, or laptop use

The studio apartment was a good size. I love the fact that it had a refrigerator with a small freezer and even a dishwasher. There was also a cook pot, Nescafe coffee machine, a stove with two burners, and plenty of space to hang up clothes and store things to get them out of the room. It did have a nice TV, but I didn't use it. Also, the bathroom and shower area were a decent size and very clean.

It was hard to figure out how to use the stove top, but I asked for help downstairs, and they came up and showed me how to work it. The mattress on the bed would fit two people and is up against the wall. Since it's new and foam, it worked fine but not as comfortable as I'd like.

I arrived on Saturday when there was no staff at reception, but the check-in process was simple via a code and key collection. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a full kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher and everything I needed to cook a light meal. There is a wash room which is available to use 24 hours a day, with washing machines and dryers at a small extra cost, washing powder also. Room cleaning is once a week, when bedlinen is changed and the room thoroughly cleaned. In between, staff was available to advise on getting rid of rubbish etc. There is a supermarket very close by and the hotel is next to an S-Bahn station, giving easy access to many tourist attractions. I would advise downloading the Berlin Navigation App. There is a swimming complex next to the S-Bahn station. As a solo traveller, I found it to be good value for money, for a couple it would cost the same amount which is exceptionally good value.

The area itself is not the prettiest, having said that, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, and easy access to the centre by S-Bahn.

The property is very well located to public transport and easy to get to from the airport. The apartment was clean. The small kitchen had most of the necessary cooking utensils. Washing facilities in the building.

The mobile app doesn't work reliably (e.g. unlocking doors). While the room is fairly modern, a few applicances (cupboards, chairs, etc.) were not in the best condition. Especially in the kitchen, the layout of the apartment could have been designed more efficiently for the space.

Good apart room to stay in Berlin. We are staying one week. Everything was fine.

Very close to the S-Bahn. Easy access. Cheap laundry room and convenient utilities room so you don't have to wait for housekeeping for some quick cleaning. Kitchen very well equipped. Television can be viewed from different angels.

It was so hot. They have a central heating that keeps the room temperature at 20 degrees Celsius. Even with the studio radiator turned off, it was just too hot for winter clothes and general comfort. Sleeping with the window open was not the best. Outside can be loud because of the Generator hostel as neighbours. Their staff has their bins and stuff outside next to smartments. For example, at 6:30 they start rolling their containers. Only two towels.

The location of the hotel is further away from Berlin City, but it is right next to a train station with the city circle lines. It’s also not far from supermarkets and places to eat. The room was nice and clean. The room size was big with a nice comfortable big bed and a very nice and clean shower room. There were a TV, a fridge, an espresso coffee machine, a microwave oven and a cooking facility in the room. I didn’t get to meet a staff directly and everything was done through emails. It is like a serviced apartment. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location was further away than I expected.
