Really everything! The staff was so attentive and always nice. The male receptionist who welcomed us got us absolutely a nice room we really liked and they were always there for every question and it felt good in their presence. The room was bright, big and cozy bed and wounderful airconditionier (very quite as well). The breakfast was just 10€/person and was better than some high class four starts hotels I had over the last years. It was really good! The location was nice as well because infront of the hotel you could find the tram and the s-line to go everywhere. As well a DM, pharmacy and Rewe (supermarket downstairs). I‘m usualy in many hotels every year and really have to say that this was one of the best (and not expected) experience so far!

The room is spacious, clean and with nice view and a bath-tube. There is no subway station near the hotel, one can get with a tram to the city center and use S-Bahn to get elsewhere. But the hotel is not within a walking distance from the city center, it's 15-20 minutes by transport. It's rather convinient and quick to get from the airport (no direct train, you need one change). The breakfast is super cool, nice options and big variety. The supermaket is just downstairs around the corner.

There are two elevators and one did not work during my stay, so it took time to get up. Not so many cafes in the area, no place to have a nice dinner.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just outside the city centre but within a 15 min tram ride to Alexanderplatz. Metro is also available that takes you anywhere you want. The room is spacious, with comfortable beds, with a wall-size window; the bathroom was also spacious, in our case, with a bathtub. Breakfast is also good, with plenty of options to choose from -from English breakfast to a selection of cheeses and charcuterie and yogurts and cereals.

The breakfast room seems a bit small for the amount of people the hotel might host. At some point I remember going for breakfast around 10.15 ish and there were hardly an places available, and some people had to queue until a table became vacant. Nothing else, really.

Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast with loads of choices for everyone's taste, 24/7 cafe/bar area, very convenient localisation just next to the trams, taking a trip to the city centre was 10 mins, very friendly and helpful staff. Money to quality ratio is excellent

Hard to think of anything, two things I missed: one it was non-german channels on TV, just one english-speaking news channel, which delivered no option for an evening entertainment apart from your laptop. Second one it was lack of tea/coffee facility in the room. It is always nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in your room in the morning.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and close to public transport! The room itself was beautiful and big and exceeded my expectations considering the price of the property. Really close to a supermarket and a few restaurants. I have seen other reviews that complained about the lifts/elevators but I never had to wait for them and i have been to many hotels recently without elevators at all so for the price I have absolutely no complaints. One of my favourite accomodations I stayed in Europe and I have stayed in around 8 different hotels in the past 4 weeks.

The staff was very friendly and ensured a smooth check-in and stay for us. The room was quite comfortable (++ to the staff for obliging to our request for a room on the top floor). The location is quite convenient - close to an S-Bahn Station. The breakfast was also pretty decent!

Surprisingly it was pretty noisy even on the top (8th floor). Since it was a bit too hot during our visit and we like to keep a window slightly tilted open, we couldn't avoid the noise of the traffic. But the pros definitely outweigh this downer and it really depends what side your room is on.

The room was well-appointed. The bathroom was great! It was so nice to have a completely enclosed shower with plenty of hot water and a good shower head. We had been on the road for over 3 weeks, and had varying kinds of showers. This was the best. We were only staying in Berlin for one night before flying back home, and we wanted a place from which it was easy to get to the airport. We also wanted breakfast. The breakfast was inexpensive for Berlin standards. There was a big selection of foods (from müsli/yogurt/fruit/whole grain bread to eggs/sausage/croissants), and the dining area was large and light.

Vienna House is a very vibrant and super comfortable hotel. The rooms were reasonably sized and really cosy - the beds particularly comfy! We loved the dining room and generous breakfast options. We also enjoyed the spaces downstairs for relaxing. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Great value for money - would highly recommend.

The location wasn't ideal in terms of proximity to shops and restaurants however it was close to public transport and easy to get around. No complaints!

Pillows and linens were very comfortable. Enjoyed the chair and ottoman. Light switch next to bed with power outlet for charging. Always people in the lobby- lively feeling

My window on the second floor opened to a walkway/courtyard. I didn't feel comfortable having my window or curtain open, thus, a dark room. Shower didn't drain properly but I did report it after checking out so hopefully it's fixed for the next guest. Wifi network is open- no security. I'd recommend having a VPN when using this network.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Also reasonably sized considering the location. Shower was nice and water was hot. Bottle of water waiting on arrival was very welcome and staff were very friendly including the cleaner. Extremely close to the S-Bahn and Tram directly to Alexanderplatz or Ostkreuz.

Only 2 lifts for 8 floors make getting down to the lobby a pain, especially in the morning when it's busy. WiFi was absolutely awful too. Also only one pillow as standard in the room and no additional, so you have to ask.
