Great location. Very spacy room and good service, perfect cleaning. Breakfast just excellent - a lot of vegetables, good choice of cheese and pastry, fantastic bread (also brezels!), fruit, sausages... just name it! Good choice of coffee and last but not least fine service (very professional and friendly lady - quite alone!). And we were lucky to get a very hearty welcome by young and beautiful female receptionist - so you really wish to come again and again, she's the person to make your day, for sure! A very good experience, indeed. Thanks to the whole staff of this nice and cosy hotel :)

Everything was great!

We spent four nights in the hotel and enjoyed it very much - Staff: welcomed in a pleasant and efficient way. - Incredibly spacious room with double bathroom for bath and toilet with shower. Our little girl also had a really comfortable bed. - Very varied and quality breakfast. We very much enjoyed the salmon. Hot drinks were available until 8pm. - Fantastic location, easily accessible by car yet within walking distance of the center of Bremen. - We had the possibility to park our car in the garage for a reasonable price

The hotel is very near to the main attractions of the city, is very clean and beautiful

They had a problem with their system and tried to put me and my husband in separate rooms for one of the nights (they didn't have our room on that night because of this problem), but after we complain about it they put us in another room similar to ours. We had to change rooms for one night, but it was ok. Also, they have only a few garages for parking, so when we arrived they didn't have space for our car. We had to put in a private parking near the hotel, but this one seemed very dangerous. It seems like people break in during the night, so I didn't like to put the car there. Luckily the day before the hotel had a garage for us.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was big, clean and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised it had a big terrace as well. The breakfast was very tasty too. The hotel has a nice lounge area and drinks /snacks are available to buy even outside of reception hours.

It would be useful to specify the reception hours in the email confirmation or make them easier to find on the website. In the end we reached out by email and got a very prompt reply though. Also the pillows could use some improvement for a more comfortable sleep.

I booked the room for my boyfriend’s birthday and I made a small wish to hotel that if they could put a note in the room for me because it is his birtday. They accepted my wish and the next day in the breakfast, a very nice lady who works in the buffet came with a cake and a candle on it, and she started to sing a birthday song for us. That was very sweet and unexpexted! We were so suprised and happy. That was such a lovely gesture from the hotel personal. I want to thank them one more time from here. Also, the hotel itself and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If we ever visit Bremen, we will definetly stay there again!

We were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel at any time. The reception was super friendly and provided outstanding customer service. The room was clean and tidy, the reception very warm and the breakfast buffet was very impressive with a wide variety of items available. Whether it was fish, sausage, cheese, fruit, but also scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, pancakes or meatballs. The kitchen staff was such a joy and really started our day right with smiles and warm greetings each morning. Thank you very much. Next time we're in Bremen, we'll be happy to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. For breakfast there is a big buffet that also features a real coffee machine. In general, the location is very good as it's only a few walking minutes away from the city center. Also, there's a beautiful park nearby that is perfect for an evening walk.

Though the food in general was delicious, the cheese was covered by meat and/or fish quite often at the buffet. Being a vegetarian, I'd prefer my cheese not to taste like meat.

We arrived late on a very hot evening. the Staff had already turned on the a/c in the room to ensure the room was nice and cool when we arrived. We had a spacious room, with 2 separate bedrooms and the outer hallway opened into a common lounge area with interesting vintage items. The location was superb. We were able to park next to the hotel and the hotel was a short walk around a nearby park to reach the city center. It was perfect for our family.

Don't have so much to say that they can do anything about. There are a lot of stairs, a few stairs down to get into the hotel, stairs at each elevator landing. Can't imagine it would be an easy hotel for a wheelchair and did make bringing in our luggage challenging; however, the building seems to be a conversion from something else, so not sure that they can fix this.

Clean and comfortable. We were not expecting to be in what was a two bedroom apartment with a fully functional kitchen. This made our stay much more pleasurable as it was more of a working holiday and we could eat in and stay comfortably in the flat all day. Everything was provided even free coffee from the restaurant area.

Check-in was very smooth and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map showing where the medieval area of the city is located and also the fine art museum. The room was quite large and the beds were comfortable. Spacious bathroom and very clean. Reception stored our bags after check-out until 8pm when he reception desk closes. There is a fridge near reception which sells cold drinks and chocolate, which is handy. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose from, including pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, lots of choices for salads and meats and tea/coffee. Within walking distance of the main attractions and also the central train station. We would definitely stay here again, as it was very good value for money, especially with the breakfast.

The only small minor things was that the credit card machine was not working, so had to pay in cash.
