The staff are very helpful, thank you! The hotel has own parking area. The breakfast is very good.

The curtain was broken and sagging on one side. The glass in the shower became transparent when the light was on. Plus, the walls didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was no soundproofing. Considering the room is designed for 3-4 people, it was uncomfortable for us

Stayed here as an overnight stop on a family trip further into Germany. We were driving and it was easy enough to locate and work out where the car park was. After 5 hours on the road it was nice to receive a warm welcome and efficient check in. Select Hotel is located in a neighbourhood just outside the centre but easy walk in to the old town. Plenty of options for food and drinks in the local area if you didn't want to walk in. We had the comfort apartment for 4 people, which was more than big enough for us and would have been enough for a few days. Apartment was very clean with all the items you'd expect in hotel, comfortable beds and everything in good working order. Breakfast the next morning was great, more than enough options for the entire family.

Only problem we encountered was that the rain dripping from the living area window was hitting the window sill during the night and was quite noisy. The rain was fairly heavy so might not be an issue if rain is only light. I managed to muffle it by using a handtowel placed outside on the window sill. The kids stayed in the bedroom and didn't have the same problem so it is just that one window.

Very conveniently situated next to the main station this hotel is ideal for a rail passenger (if you can afford it!). The hotel chain offers a high standard of service delivered in an efficient manner. The room that I occupied was quiet and spacious and there was a good selection of food in the breakfast room.

I stayed for three nights and there was a complimentary bottle of water in the room when I arrived. Once consumed it was not replaced each day! However, to be fair, ingredients for making hot drinks were replenished daily. One slightly strange aspect was that if I wished to earn a €5 voucher to spend at the bar I could arrange for the room not to be cleaned that day. Odd; I know we all have to help the planet but this seemed somewhat incongruous.

Hotel well equipped, clean, good value for money. Rich breakfast, parking in the yard (advance booking recommended). Heating / air condition ok, comfortable beds.

Nothing to complain so much. Be aware that the hotel is located near to the train station, so that you have to count with meeting some kind of people you really wouldn' like to see at all. But: this is not the fault of the hotel at all, but the problem of the location itself.

The location is quite close to the city's attractions. The hotel has 24-hour reception desk. The free WiFi connection is very good. The room is spacious and it has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. There is complimentary bottle of water in the room.

The hotel has no lobby seating area. It was quite cold in the room. There is no tea maker in the room. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a few hangers.

the room was clean, staff were fantastic, location was good for the train station. it was comfortable for a short stay. it was nice to be able to sit in the breakfast/ bar area at the end of the day and relax before heading to the room

very basic room good for a couple of nights stay but not really longer. The room was very dim and the light over the desk didn’t work which made writing and reading difficult. only one bedside table which was strange as there was room for 2. pillows were too soft for us. had to continually ask for tea coffee replacement.

Large room, balcony, AC, coffee maker, clean, extremely nice and efficient personnel, excellent location

The lack of door to the bathroom and shelves instead of a storage areawith door ga e always an impression of untidy to an occupied room, even if I tried to store everything in order.

Good located hotel, modern compact rooms, friendly staff.

Was meant to be 24/7 reception but husband went out for food at 10pm after late arrival and noone there to open hotel door, upon his return at 10.30pm. He managed to attract some guests inside waiting for the lift. Otherwise would not be able to get in. Where were 24/7 staff?

A trully german hotel. Functional, with all that you might need, without offering useless luxury. Spacious fooms, confortable bed, big windows with window blinds, functional bathroom and a coffee maker and tv. What else would one need for a couple of days? Location was also good, pretty close to the historical center. Good value for money.

Staff is very helpful and breakfast was simple but enough for our needs. Bed was comfy and room quiet. A little fridge would be nice, but wasn’t a problem for us. Also more English channels would be a nice extra. Parking was full at the hotel unfortunately, but we were able to park across the street for a good prize (acpoa parking). Staff prepared a little something to celebrate my partners birthday, for that we’re grateful 🙏

More parking possibilities would be nice, but again it’s not problematic.
