-A nice room without rug as requested. also it was at the backside so while on first floor no noise from street. -with nice weather it is a nice short(15min) walk to city centre -nice clean bathroom

-The parking garage of hotel itself was more expensive than garage next door. -wellness was not available the entire week this had something to do with some other guests' no idea how common this is.

We booked a superior room, but the extra space, where the seating was, was triangular shaped and not easily accessible with two people trying to move around. Also there’s a glass door to the bathroom. When someone went to the loo at night, the light affected the whole room, and woke the other person!

the staff were very kind and friendly. The wellness facilities were really cozy and enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable. the ventilation system was also fine and the good thing was that one could also open the window. The breakfast could be a bit better, but other than that everything else was good.

the breakfast was not as good as other hotels I have stayed at.

Glass doors on bathroom: when hubby went to loo at night, bathroom light floods the bedroom with light! Not good ! Superior room but the extra space for sitting was triangular and not very accessible with two in the room.

Location is great, room was great.

At 9:15 in the morning housekeeping knocked on my door asking me when I was going to check out that day. They did not announce themselves as housekeeping so I didnt know who was at the door. Also they acted a bit rude when I told them I planned on checking out at 11 (latest time). Never before have I been asked when I was going to check out so this felt weird and really unwelcoming.

Cosy hotel, quiet location, 10 minute walk from Central station.

Cleaning service not provided during our entire 4-day stay. The hotel staff told us we should have told them to pick up the garbage.

Great staff, large comfortable room and very clean. The hotel was easy walking to both the railway station and the old town which made it an ideal location for us. Definitely recommended and we would certainly stay there again.

Great beds, good service, nice bathroom

Pillows - even with two pillows I woke up with a stiff neck. Please add some harder pillows to your beds. Hallways were very drab and lifeless. Carpets at the end of their life. Why do the smoking people get a nice retreat for themselves? What about a non-smoking retreat?

Recommended! Nice welcoming staff and atmosphere. Perfect location, garage attached, 5 min walk to old town and surroundings. 8 min with taxi to weserstadium if you are planning going to match.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff were helpful and a pleasure to speak with.

The door to the bathroom was clear and other family members could see into the shower from the bedroom area. That was alittle odd for a room that was made for 4 adults. There was also not much toilet paper.
