Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, and outstanding pillows. Secure parking for motorbikes. Great location, central to the city, and train station.

The food was excellent when available, 2 nights running and without warning, evening meals were withdrawn because of coach parties. This is unfair to guests and very inconvenient. It would be quite simple to put a notice in reception in the morning warning guests that no food is available that evening, it would have saved me a lot of walking. This spoilt an otherwise good stay.

Everything was good. Without any unexpected surprises. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Air conditioner in the room, which is necessary during summer.

The accommodation was booked by the Booking website. I've marked I want to have an invoice on My company data. Unfortunately, Booking didn't supply those data to the Hotel. I had a 3-day problem getting the right invoice. The communication between Hotel and Booking is the weakest side of this collaboration. I'm very disappointed with how the Hotel treated Me as a guest.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The bedding was spotless clean and the bed comfy which is our only necessity for a good room. Check-in went smoothly and it was a pain free experience so would recommend. The location was a 10 minute walk from town so the sights were within walking distance.

There was no kettle or mini fridge so I couldn't make tea, that was a real downside for a brit. The area was a little rough when we walked from the train station but the walk into town felt safe.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, which is all I would expect for the price. Location very convenient for visiting Bremen. Staff were polite and helpful.

We paid for breakfast on arrival but the second day they said we hadn't paid and this took a while to sort out. We then received an apology however.

The room was exactly as described. The bathroom was a bit small but still very functional. The team was nice and friendly.

My room was on the street-side, so unfortunately there was a constant background noise even with the windows closed (the hotel is on a big street). Also the room doors tend to slam quite hard, which can be quite annoying especially at night, when you can hear the other guest slamming their room door.

Decent hotel for a business trips and leisure as well. Great location. Nice breakfast, but some minor issues ;)

Well, the coffee for the breakfast was instant one. Did not even finish it, as well as my colleague. This is the room for a serious improvement of the experiences during the breakfast.

The staff is freandly and supporting. The room is clean and in a good condition. The breakfast has many options for all tastes. The location is quite good as for a treveller without a car - in the vicinity of the railwaystation and the city center.

A very small but anyway funktional bathroom. Nothing else has spoiled our stay.

Simple, clean, great parking garage, nice staff who made sure we were comfortable! Good location with just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Good value for the money!

The bathroom is quite small, one large duvet for the double bed instead of 2 individual.

Comfortable, clean accomodation - great location for short 10min walk to airport tram & city centre, real value for money stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.
