Personnel were nice, room was tidy and had a nice bathroom. All toiletries included, appliances working. Hotels location next to central station is also plus - everything is very close. Old town, shops, transport.

Room cleaning never happened, unsure if we had to do something for it ( if so it should be told while checking in). Not that it was a very huge problem, but after 4 days in hotel some room maintenance is needed. :) Biggest and only real minus in my eyes was a pillow, just one and flat, quite uncomfortable for sleeping for those who are used to more support. Hotel is located next to central station which happens to be a place where a lot of people with addictions hang out. Had no issues with them, but did not feel comfortable to go out at night.

Location was great; bedroom was a good size. Bathroom was sparkling and shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

There were empty beer and water bottles in our room, left behind by previous guests (we assume). The towels were worn, and one had a hole. There was a kettle with tea, coffee etc, but no cups to make it in. We let the gentleman at Reception know, but nothing was done. On our departure we spoke again to the same gentleman who was deeply embarrassed that the issues we had pointed out had not been addressed. He adjusted our bill to give us breakfast for free in compensation.

Nice rooms occupied with electric kettle, you can anytime prepare tee or coffee. After online wifi registration you will receive daily ticket for public transport for free. This I found extremely friendly offer from hotel, which saved my time and money also (otherwice I was ready to go by taxi at the end of city for 28 EUR one way) Than I did the same trip by bus with ticket from hotel for free. Daily ticket itself is worth of 8 EUR/day. I was with Intercity Hotel Bremen very satisfied and would be happy to be there again.

Great location next to the main train station. A bottle of water is provided in the room as well as tea/coffee making facility.

All my ptevious bookings had breakfast included. This time for some reason it was not included but this was only pointed out after I had already had it and I got charged 23 Euros for a bap, egg and cup of coffee. If they had pointed out to me beforehand that it was not included I would have got a bap and coffee from the local bakery for under 10 Euros. Also would be good if more than one pillows were provided in the room.

Everything was good. The bed was comfy, at room was free bottle of water, so it was really nice after long drive. Even hotel is located near train station it was quiet in there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Unfortunately hotel don’t have parking, so you have to park in public places. We parked at parking garage near the hotel, like girl in reception suggested. It cost me a lot. So free parking place would be nice.

super location right next to station. Step out of the station building and turn sharp left. Continue along pavement after a café and there is the hotel entrance. Rooms very well insulated against station noise and generously sized. Bremen ticket included and it covers all transport in central area, so worth using to explore city by bus and tram. Lots of eateries in station concourse so we avoided booking breakfast, but it looked good.

Sadly the bedding was for high summer so as it was rainy and really chilly, we needed extra blankets which were not provided in the room. Worth asking for at reception if unseasonably chilly!

The front desk manager (name: Mxxxxx) went beyond, she helped watched and entertained our children while we parked the car and she was so so friendly. The beds were heaven (like 5 star hotel beds), The breakfast was Amazing! All the staff there were awesome. We paid so little for 5 star stay! I totally recommend!! Since I am from the hotel industry, I have expectations but this place really exceeded it.

The hotel was right next to the train station, and the main bus and tram hub was right in front of it, there can't be a better location. I asked for a quiet and cool room and was given exactly one, the room was not even under any direct sun during the day.

The fridge was removed from the room, for "sustainability" reason. It should have been reflected on the website that the room does not come with a fridge, rather than giving false hope. I was rejected when I offered to pay cash, and the hotel deducted from my credit card for the payment. I hope the hotel can revise its payment policy, or al least state on the website that it only accepts card payment even at the hotel. The winter blanket was obviously too thick for the summer, we took it out of its cover and used the cover instead, without having to turn on the air conditioning. Perhaps providing a summer blanket is more "sustainable" than removing the fridge.

Good location next to Central station and taxi rank; Breakfast- kitchen made an omlette on request room warm

Room- bath towel was thin/worn not very good for drying oneself after a shower - other hotels have fluffy towels. Breakfast - fruit bowl was empty, I know it was busy , but maybe a bigger bowl or 2 bowls

Well, obviously its located in the train station which is extremely useful. 24 hour front desk and can check out until 12.00 the following morning. Tea and Coffee in toom.

the breakfast is 23EUR which is scandalous and wasn't used for that very reason. Bathroom was poor, the shower was too hot and could not be adjusted , the dial was broken, also there was no soap in the dispenser.
