Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, with a wide selection of hot drinks, a hot and cold buffet, and pastries, with tables attended to by warm, friendly, professional staff. Throughout our three-night stay, the receptionists were especially helpful with information and spoke excellent English (danke schön). All-day public transportation tickets are available for a very reasonable price here. Our room had an excellent view of the beautiful grounds of Schleissheim Palace, and the exquisite gardens were easily accessible via the nearby gate. The room was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, quiet and had the added bonus of a lovely furnished balcony. Wonderful to be surrounded by nature while still being only a short bus and train ride from the busy city and airport. Our stay went beyond our expectations. Great value for money.

I really liked the buildings, which are historic and picturesque. The restaurant's food is very good and access to the bus stop is easy, safe and close to the accommodation.

I could only use the pool and sauna on the day of checkout and the staff did not allow me to use it after 11am. Despite knowing that she was complying with the rule correctly, a certain flexibility with her clients can symbolize welcoming and kindness towards foreigners in the country.

The hotel is laid out in different buildings, and we had a room in the chalet, only a few steps away from the main building. The room was nice and the breakfast was great! The staff at the reception was very welcoming and helpful, eg I could buy public transport tickets at the reception. The hotel was good value for money. The location was quite a bit away from the city centre of Münich, but the location was very handy as we were going to the airport the following morning by car. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was very recommendable, too.

Great amenities. Convenient parking. Before arrival, I had no idea about the Schleissheim palace, but it’s an incredible site to visit within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was some of the best food we had during our entire week-long vacation to Bavaria.

There may have been larger rooms available when we booked, but we reserved a three bed room for our family of four (two kids ages 3 and 5). Upon arrival, the third bed was actually a baby bed (pack n play). We made the two beds work for the four of us, but it wasn’t terribly comfortable. If you’re traveling with kids, recommend confirming what your room will have when booking. In general, not as spacious as the other two hotels where we stayed during our German holiday but still a very nice place.

Another lovely property, splendid flowers everywhere, obviously a well run and beautiful hotel - we had a great and very comfortable room, although some problems with the light fixtures(?)Close to bus/ train connections to Munich. Excellent breakfast! Very nice and friendly staff Close to the roads we needed early the next am to leave Northeastern Munich enroute Prague

The only issue we had returning at night in the dark from Munich was the lack of clear information posted ( and no one to ask - even the bus drivers were rude!) on where to get our bus back to the hotel - very frustrating experience! This is not the hotel’s problem of course but even a map and bus stop locations, numbers would have been very useful ( the desk clerk gave us verbal directions on this)

The facility once again met all our expectations. The apartment is clean and tidy, the staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is fantastic, the wifi is excellent, free parking... Excellent price-quality ratio and every recommendation from our side. We hope to stay at this hotel again when we come to Munich.

The hotel and restaurant located nearby are located very close to the Schliesheim castle, a nice baroque castle that can be visited. The rooms had all modern facilities representing a successful transformation of a 19-th century house. Our room had a nice balcony that offered us a fine view of the street. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant of the hotel offers good food. The breakfast included in the room rate was varied and offered different types of food, from sweets to bacon and eggs.

The room was decorated in an 80's style with quite basic furniture, but the bedroom was spacious enough and comfortable. The facilities such as the pool was quite nice, and it was rarely used so I got it all to myself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The breakfast ended quite early for a holiday stay at 9:30, so as I slept in one morning I missed breakfast. The pool also closed at 9pm so there s not always enough time to go out exploring have dinner and come back enough for a swim

It was clean, great location for public transport. It was so nice to be away from the city at night but back in during the day. The staff was always willing to help, and the breakfast was perfect for vegetarians, carnivores and everyone in between. My family of three loved our stay here!

The only slight complaint is that the beds were very firm. This is a personal preference, but our family prefers a slightly softer mattress.

It was a very comfortable and cozy place. It was very unique culture experience and it was very big and clean. We came a little late after the check in time but they were very kind and gave us a better room than what we had asked. We really enjoyed our stay!

The directions were a little confusing about our arrival, especially because we booked it last minute we didn’t know about the check in time. Also, because we didn’t know any German it was a little confusing to figure out where to go and how to find our room. Thankfully they were patient and willing to help us.
